金字塔活动酒店

This is an event hotel, as its name. Kinda far from Vienna city center, and the only place to go nearby is a shopping mall, so-called the biggest one in Europe. However, it is close around 19:00 in general, and not open on Sunday. The hotel is kind of old and needs to be re-newed, while its frequent events making the maintenance kind of difficult. Business in this hotel is ok, but not romantic trip.

Book a deluxe room. Standard room is crap.

Wi-Fi差到无语，频繁断网、速度慢，打开google要半分钟，住了一周mini bar基本就没补过，投诉之后才开始注意，太差到体验！

酒店房间很大很舒服，就是离市区有点远了，不过离SCS购物区很近买东西方便，WIFI信号有点弱，健身房和spa还不错！

服務態度差，我們兩間房離很遠，跟他們要求，他請我們先睡一晚隔天幫我們換，結果，隔一天也沒有要換，直到快吵架才幫我們換。 大廳超多蒼蠅 有一天停電很久，半夜停電來電數次，電視自動開啟影響睡眠，真覺得他們應該自動退費才有羞恥心。

The hotel had a few dedicated staff. Most could not talk with us. Some took a parental attitude instead of treating us like adult guests. This was NOT a 4-Star property.

We really enjoyed the wellness area

Wie jedes mal, alles perfekt, sehr netter Empfang und auch sonst ist das Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer wie gewohnt perfekt, Sport und Wellness sehr sehr gut. 10 von 10 immer wieder

Das Frühstück war absolut in Ordnung. Brot und Gebäck waren frisch, ebenso die süße Auswahl. Bester Mohn-Nusstrudel ever😍. Tolle Teeauswahl. Nicht so gut waren die Säfte, leider keine frischen. Gefehlt hat auch Wasser, ohne Zusätze. Aber auf unsere Wünsche wurde sehr nett eingegangen. Mittagessen gab es keines. Die Bar schaut zwar toll aus, auch das Personal sehr nett. Aber am Feiertag vor 15 Uhr nur 4 Pizzen zur Auswahl, sonst nichts. Das Kuchenangebot ist wirklich top und alles hat richtig gut geschmeckt. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und wir haben auf den Betten wunderbar geschlafen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel haben wir nicht gebraucht, daher auch keine Bewertung. Richtig schade fanden wir den Zustand vom Gastgarten und Innenhof. Alles sehr lieblos, ungepflegt, Riesen Pool ohne Wasser, keine echten Blumen. Weder im Garten noch auf den Tischen. Auch nicht im Wellnessbereich draußen. Ungemütliche, verschmutzte Liegen. Der Innenbereich Wellness zwar bis 22:00 geöffnet, aber so finster, dass man nichts lesen kann.

Wir kommen gerne wieder hier her!

In town for a family get together, I stayed at the Eventhotel Pyramide because it was the chosen hotel by other family members. The quality of the establishment was adequate, from cleanliness to quality of food. However my issues range from impolite staff at the bar/restaurant to also unclear or false information at the time of booking. The resort boasts an airport shuttle, yet when requesting transportation for my flight, I was told they do not transfer 1 passenger at a time. They would call a taxi which would be at my own expense. I was told, too bad. The employee said he was empathetic to my cause, and when showed the booking information, he clearly agreed with my point, but said he was not authorized to send me by shutttle at the hotel’s expense. The added cost would have totally changed my place of stay. Clearly not what was advertised. As for the impoliteness of the bar/restaurant staff. The two men working last night were extremely impolite and ruse with many guests, not myself. I overheard them at certain occasions yelling at patrons. Telling them just to leave rather than staying for drinks or dinner. Absolutely unacceptable for someone working in the hospitality industry. Shame on them.

Little to no direction to where an ironing room was located - also the listing said iron and board available on request which isn’t quite true Overall mixed - could be excellent but held back by the above
