This is an event hotel, as its name. Kinda far from Vienna city center, and the only place to go nearby is a shopping mall, so-called the biggest one in Europe. However, it is close around 19:00 in general, and not open on Sunday. The hotel is kind of old and needs to be re-newed, while its frequent events making the maintenance kind of difficult. Business in this hotel is ok, but not romantic trip.

Book a deluxe room. Standard room is crap.

Wi-Fi差到无语，频繁断网、速度慢，打开google要半分钟，住了一周mini bar基本就没补过，投诉之后才开始注意，太差到体验！

酒店房间很大很舒服，就是离市区有点远了，不过离SCS购物区很近买东西方便，WIFI信号有点弱，健身房和spa还不错！

服務態度差，我們兩間房離很遠，跟他們要求，他請我們先睡一晚隔天幫我們換，結果，隔一天也沒有要換，直到快吵架才幫我們換。 大廳超多蒼蠅 有一天停電很久，半夜停電來電數次，電視自動開啟影響睡眠，真覺得他們應該自動退費才有羞恥心。

Fantastisk hotel, har boet der flere gange.. skøn morgenmad. Med kok. Pool området lidt slidt men skønt og stort.. Østrigs største indkøbscenter er 10 min. Væk når man går stille.

Tolles Wochenende!! Super Hotel!!! Essen war MEGA!! Extra Plus für der Eier Chef beim Frühstück. Und der älterer multi-sprachige Man beim Rezeption, er war SUPER!!!! DANKE vielmals!

Es ist ein gutes und sehr leises Hotel. Mit einem tollen Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Vielleicht wäre ein kleines Update der Zimmer sinnvoll.

Zimmer gross Bett gut Früstück für so ein Hotel nicht ok Wellnesbreich eine Frechheit (die Pyramide war früher mal ein Wellnes Erlebnisbad)

Alles da was man sich erwartet. Wellnessbereich etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dafür weitläufig und sauber. Gerne wieder.
