This hotel is a cost effective way to stay in Vienna, its definitely no frills, the room is functional but small. The bed was low, a very soft mattress and the frame creaks at every movement, not great if you are a lifht sleeper. Location wise a 30 minute walk to the centre or a U bahn stop 5 minutes walk away. Staff were helpful when asked but otherwise left you alone. Not 24hr reception as advertised, desk unmanned after 10pm.

Really liked staying at Forty Plus One hotel. The staff were great, professional, friendly and accommodating. One thing to have available would be ice. Available day or night for drinks, chilling wine and for sore swollen feet. A small ice machine say maybe in the lobby. I would definitely stay there again if I should ever visit Vienna again.

Customer service lacking attention to detail.

I have come home and checked my statement to see an additional £136 has been taken from my account. The floors were dirty on arrival, the bed uncomfortable and buckled as soon as you sat on it. The hotel was eerily quiet, we saw no other guests or staff.

So much wasn't working in the room, and I was double -billed, that I left about halfway during my stay....

All good, just a thing to address is that the rooms looking at the main street are a bit noisy especially on weekends. But I am especially sensitive to night noise from street.

L'hotel è in corso di ristrutturazione e rinnovamento, quindi qualche imperfezione è inevitabile. Però ho passato una piacevole vacanza in una bella stanza comoda e sono stata accolta da personale molto gentile e disponibile che si merita un incoraggiamento. La zona è molto tranquilla, comoda alla metropolitana. Altrimenti, in 20 minuti a piedi si è in centro città. Ci sono diversi ristoranti ottimi nelle vicinanze, sia tipici che etnici.

Excellent customer service! Excellent location, close to metro station and nice restaurants! Comfortable bed but could do with a bigger pillow selection as I found them too high/too low for my preference. Lovely shared terrace which we used to have self-catered breakfast in the sun every morning. Would definitely recommend for a long weekend.

Das Hotel ist noch eine Baustelle. Lobby, Bar, ... gibt es noch nicht. Auch kein Frühstück. Wird aber mal wirklich nett und stylisch mit dem Holz. Aktuell nur Bauarbeiter, Kisten, Werkzeuge. Schöne moderne und - natürlich - neue Zimmer. Die sind wirklich gut!! Betten aber sehr weich und eher Marke IKEA. Dreht man sich kräftiger um, dann rutscht das Bett auf dem Boden. Check-Out war eine Katastrophe. Um 7.30 Uhr nicht besetzt, Urgent-Nr angerufen. Man hat mich auf Deutsch nicht verstanden, auf Englisch musste ich alles wiederholen. Man versprach mir einen Rückruf wegen der Rechnung auf Firmenadresse. Oder ich müsste 30 min warten (schlecht, wenn man zum Flughafen muss) Sehr unfreundlich. Natürlich kein Rückruf... Fazit: Vielleicht mal ein schönes Hotel, wenn es fertig ist und CheckIn und CheckOut eh nur über einen Self-Service-Automaten läuft.
