Close to Naschmarkt, rooms after renovatoin, beds are so soft, not comfortable.

Je n’ai pas petit déjeuner sur place mais des cafés sont tout autour et c’est très proche du métro, idéal !

Nice clean room that was quiet with a large bathroom. I enjoy the location to city center with good restaurants also near the hotel.

Zimmer und Bad sind sehr sauber. Das Bad mi offener Dusche ist sehr groß. Frühstück können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir ausserhalb gefrühstückt haben. Cafes und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.

Also das Zimmer war nicht wie auf den Fotos Im Badezimmer war die decke fast komplette durchnässt, Fenster war undicht Also für ein Zimmer über 130€ hätte ich das nicht erwartet! bin extrem enttäuscht konnten uns im Zimmer kaum bewegen weil es extrem eng war. Also wie gesagt die Fotos stimmen auf Garkeine Fall überein. Ich bestehe auf eine Entschädigung. Weil dieser preis ist nicht fair für so ein Zimmer!!

The room was clean and easy to access. The beds were really comfy. The staff were kind and helpful. The area was quiet and close to many things. I definitely recommend!

Das Hotel könnte eigentlich sehr gut sein. Eigentlich! Die Lage ist top. Direkt in der Straße gibt es eine Bushaltestelle und nicht weit auch die u Bahn Station, sodass ihr alles super erreichen könnt. Das Zimmer ist auf den ersten Blick sehr schön. Minimalistisch eingerichtet. Leider quietschen die Betten dermaßen, sodass man von jeder Bewegung aufwacht (Hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten). Auch die Geräuschkulisse von der Lüftung aus dem Flur war sehr laut (waren im 5. Stock). Abends sitzt keiner mehr an der Rezeption. Sie haben einen Check in Automaten, was sehr cool sein könnte, wenn man nicht nochmal bezahlen müsste. Ich hatte extra vorher gefragt, und da wurde mir versichert dass ich am Automaten nicht nochmal zahlen muss. Unter der Servicenummer war keiner zu erreichen und es war erst 22:30 Uhr. Nun ja dann haben wir es halt nochmal bezahlt in der Hoffnung, es am nächsten Morgen direkt zu klären. Leider vergeblich. Angeblich lag ihnen keine Zahlung vor und ich sollte mich später nochmal melden, wenn die Chefin da ist. Nochmal gemeldet hieß es sie überweisen mir das Geld zurück. Nach vier Tagen keinerlei Zahlung zu verzeichnen. Nach erneuter Anfrage sollte ich eine iban Nummer rausgeben, wo das Geld drauf sollte. Auch das hat nicht geklappt. Erst nach schriftlicher Aufforderung kam das Geld schließlich an. Die Antworten waren sehr sehr unfreundlich und auch das Personal vor Ort leider auch. Aber Wir konnten beim Check out unser Gepäck dort noch verstauen.

This hotel is a cost effective way to stay in Vienna, its definitely no frills, the room is functional but small. The bed was low, a very soft mattress and the frame creaks at every movement, not great if you are a lifht sleeper. Location wise a 30 minute walk to the centre or a U bahn stop 5 minutes walk away. Staff were helpful when asked but otherwise left you alone. Not 24hr reception as advertised, desk unmanned after 10pm.

Really liked staying at Forty Plus One hotel. The staff were great, professional, friendly and accommodating. One thing to have available would be ice. Available day or night for drinks, chilling wine and for sore swollen feet. A small ice machine say maybe in the lobby. I would definitely stay there again if I should ever visit Vienna again.

A very stylish hotel – everything is well thought out down to the smallest detail. Great vibe and atmosphere, you can really feel the style. The breakfast was good, and I truly enjoyed my stay. Thank you – I’ll definitely come back!

Customer service lacking attention to detail.

I have come home and checked my statement to see an additional £136 has been taken from my account. The floors were dirty on arrival, the bed uncomfortable and buckled as soon as you sat on it. The hotel was eerily quiet, we saw no other guests or staff.
