Historical hotel that can be dated back in the 1950s, if you prefer something brand new, you might get disappointed. Overall, staffs are warm and attending, breakfasts are adequitely outstanding, rooms are clean and tidy, water is hot and strong, bath tub is a bit small to men, location is perfectly near to subway station and main sightseeing area, kettle in room is good enough, minibar not too expensive.

The breakfast is good and lots of choices. But the room is quite small.

Though the building is old, the hotel is very comfortable and clean. The decorations are very classical and express the hotel's history. Most important, the location is nearby the subway station and very convenient.

The best thing about the hotel is its location in the 1st district. Turn left, then left again and you’re in the pedestrian area outside St. Stephen’s Cathedral. Lots of bars, restaurants and stores to explore. Directly across from the hotel is the amazing Greek Orthodox Church full of icons, and next to it a historic tavern where Mozart et al hung out. Just down the hill tram stops and the underground. It’s a historic hotel, and the breakfast is incredible!

Room was comfortable and old style amenities, but the tv was impossible- sound with no picture, shuts off after an hour ( sleep timer was off ) Told the front desk 2 times , still never go fixed. One lady at front was very friendly, the other one not at all. Overall, for the price I paid, I would suggest going elsewhere. Must say, very centrally located!

Good Location, Excelent Service..

Room was fine for price, as was breakfast. Single small slow elevator, cultivated patience. Staff were all great although one individual probably would benefit from a sales training session.

Very central to everything. That is most everything to see within walking distance. Close to subway. Grocery store nearby. Decent breakfast. Quiet. Room attended to every day. Very good service. Staff were welcoming.

A lovely stay in Vienna ! The staff were really kind, the complimentary breakfast was good, and the room was nice and clean. A few things to note. The hotel is currently going through some construction which we weren’t made aware of until closer to our stay. We did not find it at all disruptive to our stay (no noise etc) but just a thing to be aware of. Also, the rooms are equipped with air conditioning but does not run during fall and winter months. It got a bit stuffy but you can open the windows so it wasn’t bad in the cooler fall temperature. Overall, an excellent stay and was very walkable to the places we wanted to visit!

Nice hotel, great location

La pasamos bien en este hotel , el desayuno muy rico y las habitaciones pequeñas pero bastante limpias , el mobiliario un poco viejo pero todo bien , no había crema corporal en los baños , solo lo Mínimo , jabón líquido y gel de baño, tampoco agua gratis al Menos una botella por habitación deberían poner.

Absolutely wonderful! Great location in Vienna and would stay there again in a heartbeat. The breakfast buffet is amazing!
