Historical hotel that can be dated back in the 1950s, if you prefer something brand new, you might get disappointed. Overall, staffs are warm and attending, breakfasts are adequitely outstanding, rooms are clean and tidy, water is hot and strong, bath tub is a bit small to men, location is perfectly near to subway station and main sightseeing area, kettle in room is good enough, minibar not too expensive.

The breakfast is good and lots of choices. But the room is quite small.

Though the building is old, the hotel is very comfortable and clean. The decorations are very classical and express the hotel's history. Most important, the location is nearby the subway station and very convenient.

Staff helped me were to park the bike, just outside the entrance. Friendly is the least you can say. Recommended a great restaurant. Ovar all a fantastic experience

El Hotel le hace falta una muy buena remodelación. La persona de recepción que era un hombre italiano, era muy amable. Pero había una señora un poco más mayor que no lo fue tanto. Un día llegamos muy tarde al hotel pero no había nadie quien nos abriera. Así que no tiene una recepción 24 horas. A pesar de esto, el Hotel está muy bien localizado al igual que tiene un desayuno muy bueno.

Çalışanlar çok yardımcı oldu. Otel çok eski bir yapı. Oda kapılarının anahtarı var ve çok ağır eski tip.

The location was outstanding. Walking to many places was possible. If not, the tram/subway/bus stations were five minutes away. Now to the hotel itself. Look out for stairs. With your heavy luggage you need to climb stairs to check in and even more to reach the elevator. What nonsense. The shower/bath had half a door with the shower head aimed straight where a door isn't. So you have to take your shower in a small part of the bathtub to avoid a flood in the bathroom. Learned that the hard way. Other than those complaints, the room and breakfast were very nice. And again, what a location!

エアコンは夏のみで、夜遅くなるまで暖かくならずちょっと寒かった。全館暖房？なので寒がりの人にとっては中途半端な季節にいくと少し寒いこともあるかもしれません。でも毛布があったので助かりました。ヨーロッパではタオルを替えでほしい時はバスタブにいれておく必要がある？ことをしらなかったのでタオルやマットがそのままだったのは悲しかった。2泊だったので真偽は不明ですが。 朝食は美味しかった。昔の改良エレベータやタイマー式のトイレの電気など、カードキーひとつでコントロールするホテルではないところは自分には良かった。鍵も鍵なので、外出のたびに預けていきましたが特に気になりませんでした。泊まって良かったと思います。

スタッフはとても親切で、観光名所やレストラン、地下鉄の駅にも近い。他の方が口コミで書いているように、とても良いホテルで、滞在を楽しめました。また利用したいと思ってます。
