Location and room excelents

Great hotel. Prime location. And I mean right there. You can walk out the doors and you’re right in the middle of it all. Restaurants. Shopping. A few landmarks/ museums etc. that’s what we picked this hotel for. Was because we did not have to wasn’t a whole bunch of time catching buses/metro etc. we did venture out. But the main stuff was right by us. Loved Vienna

Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast is excellent. Room is soundproof and very quiet. Location is great. It was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel and room are not in a good condition. Room was not clean enough and its Visibility was quite poor. We paid a lot for the room and expected for much more. Definitely not value for money! The staff at the reception were great and very helpful. The location is perfect- very walkable to main sights and attractions and close to the metro station. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety.

Friendly helpful staff, great location, greats showers and beautiful rooms.

Prestige room in Topazz was interesting. Big windows were great but had to keep the drapes closed at all times for privacy. The glass wall in the bathroom provided for a lovely view outside from the toilet and shower 😆. The room was comfy though and clean and we very much enjoyed our stay. Would stay again but maybe not the prestige room. 🙂

Stayed in the Topazz building. Very nice boutique hotel in a great location in the centre of Vienna. Room was well appointed with a really nice bathroom and shower!

Ficamos hospedados no quarto luxo do prédio Topazz. Confesso que quando chegamos ao hotel não achei a recepção condizente com um hotel 4 estrelas, no entanto, esse detalhe não frustrou as nossas expectativas. No momento em que acessamos a entrada e o nosso quarto, pude constatar o capricho com a decoração e a excelente condição da limpeza. Nosso quarto e banheiro tinham um excelente espaço, com os principais amenities disponíveis, um bom secador de cabelos, enxoval de boa qualidade, cama confortável e água e café disponíveis no quarto. A localização do hotel é maravilhosa, menos de 3 minutos a pé para a Catedral de São Estêvão e bem próximo de outros pontos turísticos como, por exemplo, o prédio da famosa Ópera de Vienna. O café da manhã é muito bom, bem variado e para completar fomos atendidos pelo Christian, que fala um “portunhol” muito bem e é bastante atencioso. Os demais funcionários da recepção também sempre foram atenciosos e simpáticos. Com certeza recomendo a estadia nesse hotel!
