L’hôtel est idéalement situé dans le centre de Vienne pour tout faire à pied. La chambre est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Un seul ascenseur dessert les chambres et le rooftop très prisé et ouvert à tous; autrement dit on passe beaucoup de temps à attendre l’ascenseur pour se rendre et quitter sa chambre. Une bouteille de vin était prévue pour notre séjour que nous n’avons jamais eu

Location is great, room was clean and spacious. Bathroom very clean as well. Check in was seamless. Recommend Hotel Topaz!

A melhor localização de Viena. Você chega a pe em qualquer ponto importante da cidade praticamente. Com excessão de dois palácios. Mas o ar condicionado não funcionava bem. Agora em abril já faz mais um pouco de calor e de noite tínhamos que abrir as janelas.

We had a nice stay, the room was nice and the staff friendly however were disappointed about the pool not being open. It would have been nice to know that before were checked in so that we might have had time to change to another hotel. Also, the breakfast line was long so we went to a nearby location.

Me encantó! Es bonito, limpio y además está súper bien ubicado, realmente lo disfrutamos porque si nos cansábamos llegábamos un rato y nos podíamos volver a salir sin perder tiempo en movernos. El personal fue amable y nosotros no pagamos el desayuno, creo que no vale la pena los $30 euros que cobran para la cantidad de restaurantes que hay alrededor. Volvería a quedarme ahí!

Great location. Staff is a bit chill except the first day when we checked in the guy was very good. The rest of the days, they don’t really care about you. Not cold not passionate. Just they do their own things
