Great location, big comfortable beds, and amazing shower!

3 Bett Zimmer sehr schön und schöner Ausblick, sehr freundliches Personal, ladekabel für Handy wurde vom hotel sofort organisiert und aufs Zimmer gebracht. Frühstück sehr lecker und hochwertig… frisch gepresste Säfte usw… verschiedene Speisen werden frisch zu bereitet… nur der Kaffee schmeckte leider schrecklich. Minus Punkte: keine eigene Tiefgarage und die empfohlene war ausgebucht, somit mussten wir in Wien ein wenig herumirren bis wir die nächste Parkgarage bei den Einbahnstraßen finden konnten. Hotel ist auf 2. Gebäude aufgeteilt indoor mussten zum Frühstück das Gebäude wechseln. Frühstücksraum leidr ohne Aussicht und im UG, aber man hat trotzdem eine sehr angenehme und lichtdurchflutete Atmosphäre geschaffen.

Sehr nettes personal, super gelegen. Sehr schönes Hotel.

Let’s start with the good and then move on. GOOD: convenient to U3, staff, breakfast, cleanliness, shower, bathroom, security safe, WiFi, well insulated, very central. NOT GOOD: small room, no chair to sit in, limited storage, unusable window seat, very soft mattress, pillows so thin as to be useless, room wasn’t cleaned, ineffective air conditioning. BAD: no privacy (window completely overlooked by building opposite).

We stayed at Hotel Topazz & Lamée and had the BEST experience! When we checked in, they upgraded us to a suite, and it was absolutely gorgeous — huge windows, beautiful design, and the most amazing view of Vienna. The staff was so friendly and made us feel completely taken care of. The location is perfect for walking everywhere. We loved our stay from start to finish, and the room was worth every single penny. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

Empfang perfekt, Zimmer sehr klein aber perfekt und mit Geschmack eingerichtet, alles wünschenswerte vorhanden, gepflegt und sauber!

The room wasn’t as expected based on the photos. The in room safe didn’t work. Staff were good though and understood my issues and compensated with free breakfast which was appreciated.

Staff at reception and breakfast were excellent, very friendly and welcoming. Room excellent. Location of hotel very central.
