ATTENTION, l’appartement n’est pas du tout en centre-ville comme indiqué, mais à 4km en périphérie (à proximité du U4 Pilgramgasse), dommage on vous l’annonce 24h avant votre arrivé … les prix changent entre le centre-ville et la périphérie. Pour le reste l’appartement correspond aux photos, très accueillant et propre, il manque juste une microonde pour être au top. L’hôte répond rapidement aux messages, mais à convenance, genre pour l’adresse qui n’était pas la bonne, gros silence. JE NE CONSEILLE PAS ce logement par rapport à la fausse adresse sur le site.

The property is not at the location listed on Expedia and we had to contact the property through the cleaning staff to find the correct address which took about an hour. The actual hotel itself is nice, but the process to get there was not great. If the address is corrected on the site or if the address is clearly provided in the check-in instructions, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great apartment in really central area

KH Apartments was excellent, from the booking to leaving, everything was superb. The apartments are an excellent location, you can walk to everywhere within central Vienna from here. They were very clean and comfortable and had everything you needed.

This place looked literally nothing like the pictures on Expedia. It was tiny, the furniture was really old and the couch countertops, etc were old. It was decently convenient, but my room at least was not at all what we were seeing online.

The property itself was pretty nice albeit very warm and we could not figure out how to cool the apartment down (more below). I would note that the bedroom door is fully glass and the bathroom door partially transparent glass so privacy may be an issue. Useful to have a separate loo from the bathroom thought. We used some of the services in the apartment such as the fridge, iron and dishes which were all pretty standard. One frustration in the bedroom is that the mirror and socket are too far away from each other to comfortably dry your hair and whilst there was a dressing table with chair, it had no mirror available. the check in process was the only real issue I had - we had email instructions to call when half an hour away which I did and had to leave an answer machine message - the lady called back shortly afterwards but as we were on a train by that point it was hard to hear. We had to press a buzzer on the door of the building and were simply handed a set of keys - there was no real welcome and the apartment wasn't actually ready at that point as it was still being cleaned. Not a major issue but we had already advised our time of arrival. There was nothing (that we could find) in the apartment that provided any information about the contents such as instruction manuals, heating/cooling, emergency contacts or even information about the city beyond one tourist map. I realise it is self catering but it did feel a bit too impersonal for me.

Great location - walking distance to all sights and near public transport. Staff emailed me before check in with arrival details.

The location was diffent from the one written on hotels.com. We were told that we should have noted the correct one written on the email they’d sent. (In other words we were supposed to compare the addresses and understand that they were different and then note the correct one!) so for the second time we had to take a taxi to go to yhe apartment. There was no kettle in the kitchen. No soup for the dishwasher. So we had to wash the dishes by hand. The cleaness of the kitchen wasn’t good. The location was not good enough. It was not far from the state opera house though.ıf i come to wien again, I would definetly not prefer to stay there. So i don’t recomend this apartment to anyone.

Очень понравились апартаменты. Большая гостиная с отличным диваном, удобная кухня с плитой, холодильником, микроволновкой и кофемашиной. Немного шумно в спальне. Нам все очень понравилось. Отдыхали с ребёнком 2х лет

Perfekt gelegene Unterkunft in zentraler Lage am Karlsplatz.Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe.Wohnung sehr schön für einen kurzen Stadtaufenthalt.Kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank,Herdplatten,Mikrowelle und einiges an Geschirr.Badezimmer,...sehr schön und sauber mit Badewanne. Kann man unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

die lage perfekt, leider nicht sauber! die schlafkissen sind nicht zu gebrauchen

Meine einzigen negativen Punkte sind: das wlan funktionierte nicht, es wurden keine neuen Handtücher gestellt und der Hausflur roch nach Rauch.

L'adresse de l'appartement indiquée sur le site n'est pas la même qu'en ville : surprise, arrivé à l'adresse du site, un mot sur la porte avec la vraie adresse à l'autre bout de la ville ! Cependant logement très bien situé, juste derrière un monument principal, proche de toutes commodités. La personne qui remet les clefs n'est absolument pas aimable. Bel appartement avec terrasse, literie vraiment très confortable et spacieuse +++ Pièces chauffées très agréable. Néanmoins, les points négatifs : Salle de bain : l'eau passe à travers la porte vitrée de la baignoire ce qui inonde la salle de bain. La cuisine : aucun couteaux de couvert, micro onde très sale et pas d'éponge à disposition alors qu'il y a du liquide vaisselle. Salon : télévision qui ne fonctionne pas (s'allume mais en recherche permanente de chaînes). Je recommande moyennement.

The apartment was not in the location advertised. However, the apartment was convenient for public transport and for the city centre. The apartment was clean, spacious and reasonably well equipped. The main problem is the lack of service. There is no front desk and they did not respond to emails. We were lucky that the cleaning staff arrived while we were waiting at the wrong place. One of them drove us to where the apartment was. Then we found that the internet was not working. We asked the woman who gave us the key, but she doesn’t work for the company, she just deals with the key. She was very kind and called someone who told her someone would come the next day. No one did. I emailed the office but did not receive a reply. Two days later my wife called the office and was told someone would get back to her. No one did. As a result, we had no internet for the entire stay (6 nights). Although the apartment was fine, due to the lack of service I cannot recommend Kimi apartment.

Excellent hotel, super clean, stylish and best location possible. The response from the hotel was a little slow though.
