Easy check in, staff were always kind and happy to assist in any way possible. Rooms comfortable and clean - and the view was stunning! We really enjoyed the extra gym amenities and found it helpful after a long day walking and exploring the city!

The room was good and the location was excellent. I would stay here again

We arrived at Le Méridien Vienna feeling excited, especially after being told we were getting a room upgrade. Unfortunately, that was where the good part of the experience ended. What followed was far from a true 5-star stay. Room & Facilities Issues: The fridge didn’t work, and we had to contact reception twice before anyone came to fix it. The TV remote wasn’t working. The jacuzzi was dirty, with sand and debris inside. We reported it on the first day and were told that the entire spa — including the jacuzzi — would be cleaned the next day. After the “cleaning,” it was still full of sand and dirt. Our room had stairs before resching it on the floorr which made it extremely impractical to move suitcases around. Spa & Safety Concerns: I actually got stuck inside the sauna because the door wouldn’t open. When we mentioned this, the spa manager casually said that “if you get stuck, just yell and I’ll come open it.” Not exactly reassuring and certainly not what you expect in a luxury hotel. Service Issues: We received no help with our suitcases when we arrived. Amenities were only provided on request, meaning you don’t get anything unless you specifically ask — something I’ve never experienced in a hotel claiming to be 5-star. Overall, the hotel seriously needs to rethink both its maintenance standards and customer service. The experience did not come close to the level of quality or comfort expected from a 5-star property. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend

Clean and courteous all round

Très bien situé, prèsde tout dans la vieille ville tout en etant très calme àla fois. Personnel accueillant. Chambre prête en avance. Très belle grande chambre, superbe salle de bain avec bain et douche séparés. Piscine, sauna, spa et gym très biens. Très belle expérience, on y retournerait sans hésitation !

Good breakfast - central, but still quiet

Die Lage des Le Meridian ist sehr zentral. In wenigen Schritten ist man in der Innensadt, Naschmarkt Oper und Museen. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvor kommend..

la chambre était bien, quoique le ménage était bien fait un jour sur deux seulement. l'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien. le petit-déjeuner très bon, mais nous avons été très déçu du prix que nous avons payé pour celui-ci. à notre arrivée, le réceptionniste nous a dit que si nous voulions le package petit-déjeuner pour tout notre séjour, celui-ci serait facturé 29€, nous avons dit ok mais cela n'a pas été prix en compte, car le lendemain l'hôtesse d'accueil nous a informé que rien n'avait été signalé et qu'il n'était plus possible de mettre en place le package. Nous avons donc dû régler 36€ par petit-déjeuner ( x2 = 72€ par jour), sur 3 jours, donc nous avons payer 42€ de plus pour le même service, et nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié le surplus. De même qu'au moment du check-out, il n'a pas été possible de payer en espèces, le règlement en CB a été obligatoire. ce n'est pas normal.
