I picked this property based on location. When you get the actual property address after booking, it’s actually over a mile away from where the pin shows on the map prior to booking. The apartment we were given felt more like a prison cell, it was absolutely nothing like the apartment in the photos. There was no pictures on the wall, the walls were covered in dirty brown marks and was absolutely filthy. The bathroom was disgusting. Even after having a shower in here I still felt dirty. Best thing about this apartment was when I was leaving.

Struttura decadente, le foto pubblicate non sono realistiche Nessuna vista verso l'esterno, tappezzerie strappate, un solo asciugamano per 5 giorni, niente cucina ( solo microonde) , nessun asciugamano per stoviglie, nessuna tovaglia/ strofinaccio.

Very well located in a very nice area without cars noise.

Really difficult to find. The address advertised is incomplete. We messaged and called but no answer. We walked for ages and got lucky when we found a place with a similar name who's owner had redirected many other guests looking for the same place. Once we'd found the place, the self check in was simple. In future, we'll pay a little more and not suffer. Google maps doesnt list the place and there's no signs above the door, so even when you have found it, you still can't be certain.

Great central location, nearby underground station. Very quiet and comfortable, spotlessly clean. Helpful online reception staff.

La pulizia non era il massimo, la finestra aveva un vetro rotto, in bagno mancava la mensola sopra il lavandino c'erano solo i supporti fissati al muro ( sporgenti una decina di centimetri risultando pericolosi) quando ci si lava il viso si doveva stare attenti a non ferirsi...... per finire ho prenotato per 3 persone e sul divano letto ho dovuto mettere io le lenzuola e mancava il cuscino.

Jeg tror aldrig at vi har sovet i så dårlige i en seng. Desuden var benene skåret af så man sov helt nede ved gulvet. Puderne var ubrugelige og værelset var slidt.

Preis/Leistung ist gut. Hier sollte daher kein Luxus erwartet werden. Einfaches Apartment für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. WLAN funktionierte nicht, daher auch der TV nicht. Haken im Badezimmer für Handtücher wären praktisch. Aber alles kein Weltuntergang. Mit der Anleitung für den Check-in funktionierte über deren Website nicht. Auf Nachfrage per Mail, habe ich diese aber sofort erhalten. Damit kann man bei früher Anreise das Gepäck immerhin in den Gemeibschaftsbereich (nicht bewacht) abstellen. Erreichbarkeit per WhatsApp auch sehr schnell. Die Lage ist top!

War sehr zufrieden, nur der Code für das Öffnen der 2. Tür ( Erdgeschoss) hat erst nach häufigem Probieren funktioniert, was verunsichernd war. Ansonsten super PLV.

Tive uma ótima estadia. Tudo correu muito bem, tanto no checkin quanto no checkout. Quarto modesto, porém limpo e confortável.

Não fiquem neste "hotel"! Nao havia pano de chão no banheiro e o papel higiênico elfou insuficiente e tivemos que comprar e sem calefacao. Nao havia cortinas nas janelas, horrível de dormir. Lugar muito barulhento nao exite acústica. Efim, nao fiquem nesse buraco se querembter paz.

This is a terrible place to stay, we booked the room since it was in a good location but the rooms and services were terrible, The virtual checkin is a terrible experience. No response from the staff, wrong check in information and response. The number is not responding and we had to check in after 2 hours of waiting

It is not a hotel, terrible check in service. No proper room service, missing towels, not sharing wifi code. Missing instructions, no response on whatsapp number

Das Handbuch ueber die Infos zum Zimmer war nicht verfügbar - somit keine info ueber checkout, wlan, parken etc.

The property was okay for the price. The main issue was no one from management would accept our calls or messages for the entire stay. No wifi, issues with water in the restroom, no hot water, and tried calling management over 15 times with no response, and sent 10 emails without a response. I would not recommend staying at this property for longer than one night.

We arrived in the evening to a very disappointing room . The first thing we noticed was the awful smell , it was a mix of stale tobacco and musty. Then on further looking around there were hairs on the bed , fluff on the floor and the room was so very small , with 1 coat hanger for two women for a 3 day stay ! No tea/ coffee making facilities. No plug in the bathroom sink . We rang the number as advertised if there was any problems ... It took several messages and about 40 hours before anyone came with a few more hangers, an old dirty kettle, two cups and 2 towels ( which were hard and crusty to touch ). We asked several times to be moved to a different room or refund so we could go to a different hotel without any lick . We were just told to be patient and wait for a response!This cost us a lot of money for 3 nights , we were so very disappointed and unhappy with our stay .
