Tutto andato per il meglio. Posizione perfetta, camera grande e luminosa, e staff attentissimo. Da ritornarci!

The location is excellent. It sits on a quiet cobblestone street, but you can walk to the MuseumsQuartier in under five minutes. The neighborhood has nice local cafes and feels less crowded than the main tourist areas. The room was clean and comfortable, but the noise from the tram could be heard in the night. The bed was good, and the bathroom had a nice shower with great water pressure. The staff members were really nice and helpful. This is a comfortable, well-located place to stay for a weekend in Vienna. Would happily stay here again.

Vi blev väldigt väl bemötta vid ankomst Rummet motsvarande våra förväntningar Exakt samma som på bilderna. Restaurangen levererade över våra förväntningar mycket bra . Mycket trevligt personal. Rena och snygga rum. Jätte bra läge. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka

Der Check-In ist sehr zügig, entspannt und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Bei den Zimmern hatte ich etwas mehr erwartet, das Bad ist sehr klein.

Hotel novinho, muito bonito. Cama confortável, amenities de luxo repostos diariamente, localização excelente. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Adorei o hotel!

The reception staff was very helpful and kind, forthcoming and efficient and the rooms were quite nice, orderly and with good linens and a good bathroom. Well positioned, just steps from the museum quarter and Mariahilfe Strasse and even closer to the main public transportation network. The best place/price that I’ve found in this area

Zimmer sind noch sehr neu, also alles sehr sauber. Die Betten quietschen ein wenig und unser Zimmer lag zur eigentlich ruhigen Straße. Gegenüber war aber eine Partylocation, die bis 23.30 Uhr laute Musik hatte. Mit Ohrstöpsel hat man aber nichts gehört. Wir kommen trotzdem wieder, weil sonst alles super war.

Clean rooms, and great customer service

Läget i Spittelberg är super! Mycket nära stan, men ändå en egen stadsdel med karaktär och massor med restauranger och barer.

Very clean and pleasant. Comfy bed, but it creaked when you got up. The breakfast, mmmh, not so good, rather poor, I think they could improve it.

Amazing hotel, definitely recommend it. Big shout out to Rose and her Spanish colleague at reception, both friendly yet professional and very helpful. The gym is beautiful and elegant but a bit poor in terms of machines and weights. Besides that it’s an absolute delight

Perfeito! Quartos maravilhosos, excelente localização.

L'hotel è di nuova apertura, stanze ampie e curate, bagno moderno (no bidet), con design ma un po' impersonali, insomma un 4* tipico. Il plus è il quartiere Spittelberg, veramente trendy, per nulla turistico e autenticamente viennese, con ristoranti e locali frequentati quasi esclusivamente dal quartiere. Insomma proprio una bella zona, a due passi dal Quartiere dei Musei e da lì sul centro turistico. Non ho usato alcun servizio dell'hotel, con tutti i posticini carini in zona ho sempre fatto colazione fuori. Non so valutare eventuali amenities. Personale: un po' "variabile", diciamo che lo staff più accogliente è risultato essere quello "internazionale", e per chi ha piacere ad essere coccolato è giusto settare le aspettative considerando standard di espansività austriaca. Io ho preso un pacchetto volo+hotel con un prezzo molto più basso del listino, quindi il rapporto qualità/prezzo è risultato ottimo. Valuto molto negativamente la richiesta al check-in di addebitare sulla carta ben 100€ al giorno (300€) a titolo di acconto per gli extra, richiesta per noi irricevibile e che quindi abbiamo negoziato.
