飯店服務不錯, 大廳有提供免費的檸檬水 但是缺點是飯店門口沒有無障礙設施, 對於拖行李或是行動不便者不方便 房間燈光有點昏暗

O hotel está muito bem localizado, a estrutura é boa, quartos amplos mas está na hora de algumas melhorias. Ralo da banheira enferrujando, pia manchada, cortinas gastas, rejunte do piso do banheiro parece muito encardido e a limpeza deixou a desejar, não passaram nem um pano no chão do banheiro.

It was a good and clean hotel. With clean beds and a nice room. Also close to the metro station which is easy accesible to go to the city centre. Location was also really good. Staff was also nice and wanted to help if you needed any help.

Hotel in ottima posizione vicinissimo al centro . Metro a meno di 5 min a piedi . Stanza molto comoda e confortevole . Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Ottima colazione. Lo consiglio vivamente e tornerei lì in un prossimo soggiorno a Vienna !

Great buffet breakfast. Our room was very spacious and clean. Small fitness area and sauna available to use for duration of stay. Staff were also very welcoming and friendly. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

This property is all about the location. It is situated just behind the museum quarter and has lots of bars and restaurants around. It’s spectacular around Christmas time with all the lovely markets. The hotel is very quiet with lots of lovely staff around willing to help. The rooms are quite spacious with lovely clean bathrooms. I’ve stayed here three times and will continue to do so.

Awesome hotel, quiet city view room with view of domes all around! Location superb with ez walk to Museum Quarter and Hofburg Palace and metro line and hop on hop off bus etc. Bar and small cafe in lobby convenient too! Brkfst, soup, sandwiches. And an atm in lobby too! Front desk good too!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was on first floor facing fhe street, was a little loud both inside and out but other than that a great stay

Great location and staff cannot be more helpful. I would say that a cosy room is just that. And maybe too cosy for two people! However, great location and would just say opt for a more larger room. Otherwise super.
