This property is all about the location. It is situated just behind the museum quarter and has lots of bars and restaurants around. It’s spectacular around Christmas time with all the lovely markets. The hotel is very quiet with lots of lovely staff around willing to help. The rooms are quite spacious with lovely clean bathrooms. I’ve stayed here three times and will continue to do so.

Awesome hotel, quiet city view room with view of domes all around! Location superb with ez walk to Museum Quarter and Hofburg Palace and metro line and hop on hop off bus etc. Bar and small cafe in lobby convenient too! Brkfst, soup, sandwiches. And an atm in lobby too! Front desk good too!

Rooms were worser than I expected because ; 1) after taking shower bathtub is full of water. 2) tv in room 519 is very badly positioned it may cause injuries or tv can broken down if you hit it. If you go to toilet in night you should be very careful 3 ) why you put only one shower jel and shampoo for 2 person room?? First time I ve ever seen it Economical reasons or something else ? 4 ) no sleepers in rooms and room view is looking to 1 meter wall anyway Overall hotel is ok but needs to be

Room was large and clean but it was always too warm and the heating wasn't on. There are only 2 power outlets which is frustrating when traveling with multiple devices that need to be charged. I think this is the first hotel I've stayed in that didn't provide hand lotion. The bed was comfortable but the shower is horrible. The ceiling is low for tall people which requires some maneuvering which is less than ideal. Tried to have a relaxing drink at the bar but i couldn't because the elevator is right beside it and loud and obnoxious guests were hanging out in front of it. I wouldn't stay here again.

The location of this property was very convenient for local shopping, dining, and bars. So many hidden gems in the area. It was also very close to public transportation and the museums. The air in the room was unfortunately dry and the curtains, walls, and floors all had minor stains/scuffs on them. My partner and I both always woke up with running noses and/or sore throats but immediately felt better upon getting fresh air. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay. I appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff, tubs in the bathroom, office center w/ printer and option for dining.
