Excellent hotel, spectacular breakfast. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

Budget friendly hotel with easy access to public transport. The hotel is clean with daily room service. Cosy and quiet in a safe area. I would come again !

near Vienna Hauptbahnhof main train station. clean and comfortable rooms

Missing details….we had no heat at all in room. We did enquire and were told it “ would com on “ but it never did. We had to ask for a second pillow. A waste bin req in bathroom, more than 2 hangers each, and in our room, only one bedside light available. Breakfast was fine except a cut up fruit salad would have been good. Very good idea for jam and marmalade. Excellent shower. A bath mat would stop water running under glass door.

Hotel excelentemente ubicado cercano a la estación central de tren a la cual puedes llegar directamente del aeropuerto. Las instalaciones son sencillas pero cuenan con todo lo necesario, incuyendo area de lavadoras y secadoras. El personal es muy amable. Es una opción ideal para larga estancia por la relación precio ubicación y servicio.

Some rooms needed attention. My first room the bathroom lights didn’t work properly and some issues with bathroom drains. After bringing this to their attention, they were eager to make notes for repairs. Spiders found in both rooms I had. I may have gotten bed bugs here (started to have symptoms after 2 nights there). They promptly changed me to a new room after my request and were very kind and helpful in other ways. Overall, I would stay again.

The power cut off whole morning without explanation. Small bathroom. No tv. I didn’t enjoy my time. The good thing about are staff and breakfast.

Pleasant staff Hotel has a shared kitchen can be used for Light meals worked out very well.

Great for what you are paying. If you need a fancy spot then it’s definitely not for you, but if you are looking for a safe, comfortable, clean spot just for the night then it’s perfect. Amazing location, two minute walk to the metro and then 10 minutes to the centre of town. Highly reccomend!

We had a very satisfactory overnight stay before catching a train at the nearby Wien Hauptbahnhof railway station. The facilities are simple and very clean. Would stay there again.

Pros and Cons Pros -Not far from Main Main station only 5 mins walk -Good Price -Electric fan -Big Refrigerator -You can late checkout for 5€ Cons -No TV -No AC -Bathroom is not in good condition -The breakfast buffet choice was not enough/too little. The coffee machine works really bad / Too expensive for 12 per Person -The pictures are not exactly one by one same

Old hotel in convenient location.

We knew this property is normally student accommodation, but as we were out all of the time that was ok. The room was big enough, comfortable, clean and the shower / bathroom was fine. Room serviced every day. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Particular mention for Agnes on Reception. Very friendly, helpful and interesting to talk to. She demonstrates the welcoming attitude to the people who work here that enhanced our stay in Vienna. Thanks !!

This is a very nice place.

Was unable to use "free Wifi" as, according to staff, my computer operating system is "too old". 24 hr manned front desk wasn't, found difficulty in entering building after 22:00 when front desk attendant left his post. Breakfast room was unable to provide coffee for all customers, failed to instruct how to use self-serve coffee machine, ran out of coffee.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was 2 blocks from the train station which was great. The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful
