I checked into the hotel hoping it was going to be at least alright. I don’t expect much since it’s a cheap hotel, a clean small hotel was all I wanted but this wasn’t the one. First for checking in, staff at the counter were fine, nothing was particularly wrong with them. Then the room, was small, didn’t look too clean but bedsheets seemed ok, towels not so much but acceptable. On to the toilet, the bathroom stinks of urine, almost as if it was badly washed. It felt really disgusting to use having to smell that all the time. Then told the reception, they tried to help but she couldn’t really do much and I have to wait until morning to ask about early check out. Fine. She offered to send house keeping to at least re-clean the toilet for me. Here comes the worst part, the attititude of house keeper who came up to the room was beyond rude. She stomped into the toilet, swung an attitude at me and mumbled something in German (like there was nothing wrong) but then I told her the toilet smelt, so she rolled eyes, sighed a big sigh, sprayed cleaning liquid and rush to scrub the toilet few times and mumbled something in German before she stomped off the room. I was left baffled, almost something you’d see in a joke comic of sort. Without any second thought I booked another hotel straight away and checked out next morning, called up Expedia to help with refund which they kindly helped me, thankfully I was able to get refund. Never again with this place.

Clean room. You will need transportation to get to the center of the city which is right there with just few minutes walking you will find the metro.

Great room and fantastic location close to main station and transport… staff was very accommodating and managed to check me in earlier than their usual check in time… buffet breakfast was amazing!

Maybe a little more personality to the room -- another painting, a rug, a couple of fake plants, some wall hooks, a shelf that pulls out in the bathroom to set your toiletries on because the shelves across from toilet are too narrow and high up and not convenient to the sink.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location was super convenient, just a quick walk from the train station. The room and bathroom were sparkling clean, couldn’t ask for more!

駅に近く便利だと思う

1. It looks new and clean. No carpet in the room (good). A lot of storage space and the table is very big. It feels like a dormitory. 2. The bathroom is extremely tiny even for me (5 feet 4 and no more than 115 pounds) so I had to be careful not to hit the wall when showering. 3. Breakfast was fine. Staff was kind. 4. Not so much traffic sound in the night but the guests in other rooms were a bit loud. Since the streets are quiet in the late evening, walking on Wiedner Gürtel first rather than on Schelleeingasse right away may be safe for single traveler. But in general the neighborhood is safe and has little traffic. It is a bit like hostel with private bathroom. In general it is a lovely hotel.

スタッフがフレンドリーでとても良かった。 朝食も良かった。お値段も適切だった。

No kettle in the room, very small room. Room is not properly cleaned every day, didn’t change bed sheet for like two weeks

Good location. Clean & quiet room. Great breakfast.

There is no kettle in the room. The hairdryer didn't work properly, it works for 1 minute, then stop for few minutes. I don't know whether it's the way it need to cool down.

駅から徒歩圏内かつ近くにスーパーもあり不便しない。空調無し、ランドリー設備有りとあるが無いのが欠点。アメニティは無いので持参必要。泊まるだけなら価格的にも問題無し。

Excellent hotel, spectacular breakfast. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

Für uns perfekte Lage. Saubere Zimmer. Schönes Bad. Hatte alles was wir für unseren Kurzaufenthalt bräuchten.
