We stayed in the Pension, not in the main hotel. Room was perfect for our needs. Staff in the hotel were excellent. We had the breakfast at the hotel on one morning. Fabulous choice of healthy options. Very convenient short walk to the underground.

Room was generally clean although there was an empty condom wrapper and two hankies down the side of the bed. The room was at the entrance to the Pension so people coming and going at all times of the day - I wore earplugs and it was fine. Pod style shower room might not be to everyone’s taste but if you are efficient it is not a problem. The check in Registration sheet was in German so if that is not your first language then you might need some help. Other than that, it was exceptional value.

受付は本館だが、24 時間体制で、到着が遅れたとしても助かる。冬であったが暖房は効いていて、シャワーお湯は問題なく出た。ウィーン西駅に徒歩10分、トラム駅は５分以内にあったが静かだった、主要な場所に行くのには約30分。

空港バスがあり店が多いウィーン西駅から徒歩10分、すぐ近くにトラム駅もあり交通便利、部屋は静かだった。12 月で気温２℃毎日曇天だったが、暖房は効いていて暑いお湯は出た。ゴミ箱にゴミが残っていたこと、シャワーの排水口がやや詰まったこと以外は値段相応。
治安がいいウィーンだが受付がある本館は24 時間スタッフがいて、早朝深夜もチェックイン出来て安心った、親切。ロストバゲージがあってホテル着にしたが、受付で受領してくれる配慮もあった。スーツケースも地下室で預かってもらえた。

Alles heel schoon en netjes, vriendelijk personeel en alles vlot geregeld. De badkamer is een cabin die wat krap is, maar voor mij was dat geen probleem. Gelegen in een fijne buurt. Oordopjes zijn aangeraden als je aan de straatkant met het raam open wil kunnen slapen
