We spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed it.
Location: Close enough to walk to the Belvedere. Public transportation was very easy to navigate and the stops are right there.
Bed: I loved it. A little on the firm side and the pillows were great.
Amenities/Features: The gym has a stunning view and is well-equipped. The rooftop bar is gorgeous. The luggage lockers (not free) are secure and very easy to use if you arrive early or stay later than checkout.
Staff: Very friendly and helpful
Worth noting: Aside from the gorgeous design (which also made it extremely easy to spot when walking back from a day of exploration), they give you a ticket for Prosecco/wine/beer for each day you don’t have your room cleaned.
We would definitely stay here again!

Chose the hotel based on proximity to my tours. Hotel located in Old Town just below the fortress with shops and restaurants close by. The hotel overlooks the Salzach river which was a nice treat waking up to the view. The room was clean, and in order. I opted for the daily breakfast which did not disappoint. The breakfast had a large variety of foods to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful historic hotel centrally located in Aldstat. Friendly staff, comfortable beds. Walking distance from many of the sights we wanted to see. Easy access to transit for sights further afield. Would definitely stay again!

Good location and certain staff members very helpful, while others not at all. There was issue with leaky a/c but quickly addressed once notified. Rooms with dated furnishings. Bedding was comfortable.

Ubicación inmejorable!! Cerca tiene paradas de bus para trasladarte a donde quieras, aunque en Salzburgo desde el hotel todo lo puedes recorrer caminando. La habitación estaba muy amplia!
El personal de recepción y del bar han sido muy amables y hospitalarios.
Su área de oportunidad es el mobiliario de las habitaciones, falta un poco de mantenimiento, pero nada que afecte tu estancia.

The location was right in the old town which was perfect for us. There wasn’t parking at the hotel. You had to park in a garage a little far from the hotel. The hotel was clean and room was spacious.

We loved this hotel! Other than being the PERFECT location, the staff was courteous and accommodating. When we arrived (early), our spacious room was ready, Guilio was attentive in getting us familiar with our surroundings. The location can't be beat. You literally step out the back door and you are in the middle of history, restaurants, shopping and more. It was a great location for us to do all the things on our agenda. Our room was so nice with plenty of space for the two of us. I highly recommend Radisson Blu Hotel Altstadt.

Die Lage ist zentral und auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gut zu erreichen. Mit dem Gepäck die Treppen rauf hilft der Portier. Der Haupteingang ist in der Fussgängerzone. Ein sehr charmantes Haus mit vielen schönen Details. Blitzblanke gemütliche luxuriöse Zimmer.

Lovely hotel and staff in amazing location! My only "complaint" would be it should not advertise as having parking. There is not a valet service and they merely directed us to paid city parking about 5 mins away. Otherwise, wonderful experience.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Zimmer geräumig unf sauber.
Parken ist halt in einer Altstadt ein Problem und leider haben sie keine Kooperation mit den umliegenden Parkhäusern. Frühstücksbuffet um 36,- pro Person ist auch etwas viel.

Great staff - very polite and friendly.
Rooms were excellent size, we had 2 connecting rooms - very very generous in size. No parking on site, but within 7 minutes casual walk.

Quando chegamos o quarto estava bagunçado e sujo,não tinha outro quarto na mesma categoria,para podermos entrar no quarto tivemos que pagar 40 dólares ,achei um
Absurdo pois eu não tinha nada com isso .
O novo quarto estava impecável,mas a recepção foi péssima .

Room was fine. No ac turned on in our room and safe did not work. Some of the staff were very accommodating and some just average. Great location. Bar at night was very nice and friendly. Breakfast more expensive than other places we've stayed in Austria. Overall authentic vibe and fine for 2 nights
