The location of the hotel was perfect for me. Breakfast was great and the selection on off should suit all tastes. My room was spotless and serviced daily. The staff whether in the restaurant or at reception were all extremely polite and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for anything more to make my stay better. Well done!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect - everything we wanted to do was walkable. Rooms were clean and beds were extremely comfortable. Highly recommend!!

We had 2 rooms, 209 and 211. 211 was leaking from the ceiling and shiwer did mot work properly. Advised tall guy at reception, who basically said he was too busy but maintenance would sort. Nothing was done. Very disappointed.
Breakfast was good, very friendly staff and attentive.

The property is is an historic building and the rooms reflect the historic feel. The rooms are large and our bathroom had a double sink. Our room had an awkward shower that faced sideways in the tub but that didn't impact our stay greatly. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Location could not be beat.

As previously posted the room was not as shown online. I paid more expecting a Standards Double Room room that looked like much nicer and brighter, did not happen. Shower was only 30"×30", Very small. Personnel were friendly and bed comfortable, but for $565 CDN, not worth the stay.

This was a great location for the Christmas markets! Everything is walkable. Room size was great. Only issue was the heating system. We could not find away to normalize the heat. It was very hot, even after shutting the radiators off.
