Overall is good. Staff are nice and friendly. Near city centre, convienent. The cleaning services were not as good as expected. Despite having come into the room every day to tidy up the beds and other facilities, rubbish left on the table and other areas were not tended to as expected.

The room is large and conformable. However it's quiet. The hotel crews are really friendly. The location is near the St. Stephan church and subway station -- perfect for a tourist.

如想自已煮東西吃，可選這間酒店，房間提供充足的廚具及餐具 第1天的職員說每天會有小量清潔及免費添加咖啡膠囊。 到第2天另一職員說是每3天才會清理一次。 所以我們每天都要聯絡職員清理垃圾，職員亦很有禮貌幫忙拿走。 只是感覺比較麻煩。

Room and facilities are new and clean. The front desk staffs are nice and helpful. Hotel is located 8-minute walk to historical center of Vienna and the St. Stephen church, also a 10-minute walk to City-Airport-Train station, which is very convenient. There is a supermarket next to hotel so that we can make good use of the kitchen. The self-service laundry facility is very good. One thing to criticize is that the beds are not comfortable and the double bed is actually two adjoining single beds.

Very nice hotel in the center of everything , 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral , and everything you need right around the corner , rooms are great and spacious , breakfast is amazing , great choice and everything so fresh , we enjoyed staying at this hotel !!!!

Really nice hotel and staff. The beds and pillows were just very uncomfortable. Otherwise no complaints, clean, spacious and in a good location

Séjour parfait, mieux que ce que nous avions imaginé. Très bel appartement, spacieux, au centre de Vienne,propre et accueillant.

Das Schlafkissen ist unglaublich schlecht. Für diesen Preis pro Nacht erwartet man eine viel bessere Qualität an Bettzeug. Im Juli war Baustelle vor dem Hotel, ab 6:30 ist an Schlaf nicht zu denken.

Pasamos una semana en este apartahotel. El personal ha sido muy atento y amable en todo momento. La ubicación es realmente muy buena, a tan solo unos minutos a pie de la catedral. El desayuno era variado y rico, pero prácticamente siempre el mismo. Lo peor, sin duda, los baños ( son antiguos y no dan sensación de limpieza) y la limpieza en general. A veces no limpian y cuando limpian no lo hacen bien. Por el resto, todo genial. Volveríamos.
