Globalement bien. La chambre propre, la salle de bain moins bien (matériau qui rouille). Le lavabo situé en dehors de la salle de bain. A priori il est prévu des travaux. Le personnel accueillant, à l'écoute. Une remarque concernant les photos sur votre plateforme quand on choisit une chambre. Ce n'est pas clair. On ne sait jamais quelle chambre on choisit ni quelle salle de bain correspond à la chambre car vous mettez toutes les photos les unes après les autres. De fait, en arrivant ce n'était pas la chambre que j'avais choisie. Heureusement nous avons pu changer.

La cheminée dans la chambre, le grand lit, les toilettes séparées, l’apéritive, la machine Nespresso.

Superiorkamer was toch wel heel klein.

Destaco como positivos a localização, o café da manhã e as gentilezas oferecidas pelo hotel, como os snacks e bebidas na happy hour. Quanto ao quarto, achei muito pequeno e não gostei do banheiro, que não tinha porta, além do vaso sanitário era separado do resto.

Kamer was zeer karig uitgerust. Wel theezakjes, geen waterkoker bijvoorbeeld. Koude betonnen vloer. Ontbijt erg beperkt voor 19,50 pp

Kamer was schoon. Alleen jammer dat het bed met 1 zijde tegen de muur stond. Vriendelijke medewerkers en lekker, uitgebreid ontbijt.

The desk staff was very welcoming and informative. Room was clean and well stocked.

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk,helaas was de kamer. Niet gereed,het duurde een uurtje voordat de kamer klaar was,we kregen een wijntje aangeboden,dat was prima. We komen graag terug,maar dan wel een grotere kamer,er was zelfs geen stoel aanwezig,daar was ook geen ruimte voor, vroeger maakte wij daar geen probleem van,maar mijn vrouw heeft loop problemen,dan is het fijn dat je op een stoel kan zitten.

Loved the afternoon reception, and the morning breakfast was wonderful. Very close to everything. Was not happy that we asked for twin beds and here told to separate them ourselves because the housekeeping has left for the day . Then we asked for another blanket and was told the same thing. Hotel idéalement placé proche du centre et d'un parking. Environnement très sympa avec boutiques et restaurant Personnel très agréable. Petit-déjeuner copieux et variés Par contre la salle du petit-déjeuner est très bruyante c'est un peu dommage. The only hotel I’ve encountered who describe rooms on the first floor as having a “city view”, and a double bed as being 2 twin mattresses on top of a double base. When questioned the response was ( I paraphrase) first come first served. Despite my daughter checking in mid afternoon. Dishonest and false advertising. I know this hotel responds to reviews so I’m fully expecting at best “ sorry to disappoint”, which is a euphemism for talk to the hand. If you value a proper double bed and being away from the street, avoid this hotel,

Excellent and very centrally located hotel in Antwerp. We originally booked the executive suite at the top level with amazing windows and patio, however it gets very very hot and almost too hot to sleep in at night. After a couple days, we've finally caved and moved downstairs to a way more comfortable room, with a nice little private sauna and equally as beautiful view.
