뱅크스 앤트워프

위치는 명소가 모여 있는 곳이라 매우 좋았습니다. 다른 곳보다 호텔이 친철하게 맞아주더군요. 웰컴 드링크도 주고 로비 안쪽의 저녁 부페(가벼운 안주거리와 맥주, 와인)이 무료더군요. 덕분에 짐풀고, 살짝 기분 좋은 상태로 밖에 나가 관광했습니다. 방은 깔끔하고 약간은 독특한 디자인 이었어요. 전체적으로 만족스러운 호텔입니다.

Slept with two twin beds and they were not supportive at all. Woke up with back pain by second day and very impossible to sit on. The tub was stained and there is no laundry available although listed on the property. There was a laundromat down the street though. Not a lot of room for toiletries if travelling with more than one person and breakfast was okay but the least favorite of all of our stays during this trip. The location is wonderful for shopping.

Hervorragendes Stadthotel, hatten ein Konzert am Linkeroever besucht.. konnten direkt vom Hotel mit etwas längeren Fußweg zum Konzertgelände durch den Sint-Anna-Tunnel laufen, Antwerpen ist eine wunderschöne, schnuckelige Stadt, das Hotel hatte Zimmer. mit durchdachten Einrichtungen und ausreichendem Komfort, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Safe, die Betten waren sensationell weich. (mag möglicherweise nicht jeder), aber nicht durchgelegen, sondern super komfortabel. Die Snacks und die Getränke ab 16:30 Uhr sind außergewöhnlich, Sekt, Bier, Softdrinks und leckere Bits im schönen Lichthof genossen. Kleine Wermutstropfen: die Rezeption war völlig überfordert, offenbar mit dem Antrag aufgrund mehrere Veranstaltungen am Wochenende, konnten unser erstes Zimmer etwas später und das zweite Hotelzimmer nur mit deutlicher Verspätung beziehen… hätten wir schon zum Einlass am Konzert sein wollen, wäre das schief gelaufen

Great hotel however the check in process was one of the worst experiences I have ever had whilst travelling. We arrived at 2pm to pick our bags up and wait in the lobby for check in at 3. We was then told room was not ready but to take a seat and they would be over to let us know when the room was ready. Little to our knowledge this was the case for most rooms and a queue that stretched into the street had formed. I rejoined the queue at 4pm however people who had also been waited jumped the queue. Staff had zero idea how to handle a busy situation. Checkout at 12pm I will assume will be the issue as it leaves house keeping only 3 hours to clean all rooms. Thankfully at 16:15 we finally got our key and we could go to our room which left little time to get ready as we had plans.

De locatie is erg goed te noemen. Het personeel was super vriendelijk. Ik denk dat wij een beetje pech hadden met de kamer want deze was heel erg basic. De kamer was erg schoon en het bed sliep prima. Verbeterpuntje zijn isolerende kozijnen, was best luidruchtig en gordijnen goed sluitend.

Amazing staff & grounds. Centrally located, spotlessly clean. I would mention, though, that the street facing suites can be noisy during all hours of the night, but, I would definately stay here again. Did I mention gow great the staff is?

Very good location. Room was quite small but had everything we needed. Appertuvo offered snacks, drinks and opportunities to meet other guests. Was quite nice.

Ihan keskustassa loft-tyylinen hotelli( siis karto ja lattia vain betoni). Iltaisin snackit ka alkoholit ilmaisia. Hyvä paikka!

Prima locatie beiden niet top voor mijn smaak, zacht, maar dat is persoonlijk, wel net en schoon dus dat is allemaal prima, vlakbij centrum alles op loopafstand top

BANKS ist definitiv eine gute Wahl für ein Citytrip in Antwerpen. Alles ist gut erreichbar und man hat sowohl die Sehenswürdigkeiten als auch Restaurants, Cafés und Shops in der Nähe. Die Lobby ist sicherlich stylischer als die Zimmer, aber man hat auf den Zimmern alles was man braucht und auch relativ viel Platz. Das Waschbecken war bei uns nicht im Badezimmer sondern davor, dafür hatten wir eine Badewanne.

Pessima esperienza, camera microscopica e piena di problemi, con un pessimo isolamento acustico. Il lavandino intasato si riempiva di acqua (e altro) ed impiegava un quarto d’ora per svuotarsi. Non c’era nemmeno il sapone per farsi la doccia, il wc in una stanzina loculo con porta in vetro che guardava dritto negli occhi chi dormiva ma soprattutto la porta scassata che nemmeno si chiudeva, impossibile usare il wc. Abbiamo chiesto una camera diversa ma ci è stata negata, ci è stato promesso un intervento immediato per risolvere i problemi che vedete nelle foto, non hanno fatto assolutamente nulla, abbiamo chiesto un rimborso tramite Hotels.com ed è stato negato anche quello. Pessima esperienza, pessimo hotel, pessimo comportamento, pessima assistenza post viaggio e sinceramente pessimo supporto di Hotels.com. Le quattro stelle questo hotel se le puó sognare per quello che abbiamo trovato e per come si sono comportati, soggiorno imbarazzante. Un incubo, allego anche le foto perché in un posto così non ci ero mai stato.

das zimmer war gewoehnungsbeduerftig, das bad ist in den schlarbereich intgriert und nur bedingt abgegrenzt. zimmer auch eher klein und spartanisch. klimaanlage ging ganz gut. das taeglich "free drink and snack"-angebot in der lobby ist fuer ein hotel eher ungewoehnlich, aber gut und reichhaltig (inkl. alkohol). trotzden aendert es aber nichts daran, dass das preis-leistungs-verhaeltnis nicht gut ist. wir fanden den preis schon sehr ueberteuert

Les chambres sont très très petite, difficile de nettoyer les coins et recoins. Pas de frigo dans les chambres

Staff were excellent and so helpful. Loved the afternoon drinks and snacks. Room was small but laid out very well. Enjoyed the stay.

Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, das Frühstück war gut, der Aperitvo am Abend ist eine sehr schöne Idee, das Zimmer war großzügig, die Matratze war hervorragend! Die Lage des Hotels war klasse, alles in erreichbarer Nähe. 2 Mankos waren: - wenig Ablageflächen im Zimmer und Bad - kein Handwaschbecken in der Toilette

Great location, beautiful interior and comfortable rooms but the real highlight was the incredible service from Johan. Amazing welcomer, restaurant and bar recommender, fashionista all done with warmth and a smile. This guy is the life of soul of this very unique hotel. Any thing that we needed for our stay he arranged, including giving us the one room with a private sauna that the hotel has. This is the only place that I will stay when I return to Antwerp.

The staff were excellent very accommodating a nice stay.

The hotel was great and in a very convenient location. However the bathroom was behind a glass partition that offered only limited privacy.
