Several minutes walk to the train station. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room is spacious and quiet at night.

Excellent experience

酒店位置良好，步行到火車站只需五分鐘，在火車站旁可乘電車往來市中心。另外，酒店會先行借出車票 (一張新車票可乘搭十次，餘下的車程會留給其他住客繼續使用)，退房時才按照乘搭次數結算付款，票價相對在車站的自助售票機便宜，非常方便也不會造成浪費，值得一讚。 我們前往酒店時正下著大雨，天氣很冷，酒店職員很貼心，為我們奉上熱茶，在大堂稍作休息，並提早在中午時間給我們房間。職員亦很熱心地為我們介紹不同的景點。 三人房間很大，提供一張雙人床及一張單人床，打開兩件大型行李及一件中型行李後仍有很多空間。房間比網站相片所見，更明亮舒適。唯一美中不足之處，是浴缸排水較慢。整體來說，很推薦這間酒店。

We loved this hotel as it is closed to the train station, spacious, quiet, well equipped and with wonderful staffs. We stayed two nights there for Ghent and Brugges which were the most beautiful places in our trip. Highly recommend as the price is comparable but you can get a spacious room.

1. 靠近Gent-Sint-Pieters車站，步行3分鐘左右便到達。 2. 櫃檯人員熱情招待，向我們推介根特的景點及交通方法，並讓我們借用Lijn card到根特及布魯日遊覽（按使用次數再收費）。 3. 雖然我們抵達時是早上11時，但客房已打掃完畢，我們能提早進房休息。 4. 客房基本上設備齊全，只是沒有空調，但並不感到焗促，晚上較寧靜，適合已玩了一天的我們好好休息。 5. 酒店斜對面有一漢堡店很不錯，成為看們兩天晚餐的好地方。

Hotel is near the train station about 10 mins walk, although its a small size of hotel, but the facilities and the well trained staff was very unbelievable. Room was big enough for our 2 big luggage, wifi is good, bathroom was clean and tidy, fridge is useful. No a/c maybe a big issue but thats fine because outside temperature around 20 degree. The front desk girl well briefed us the transport and the tourist places, and she gave us a transport card for preparation. Thats really fantastic while the hotel prepare this for customer. Thanks gave us a memorable stay in gent.

The hotel is close to the train station. A bit far from the old town but it's not a problem for me since the tram is near by and cost 1.5 €/ride. Walk to the old town is about 20mins. It's also am good way to feel the city. A good thing is the hotel provide the tram ticket survive so we can hop in the tram and explore the city. Brugge is about 25-30mins away by train. It's another great town, but the roads of the old town are traditional rock made so it's hard to walk with large suit cases.

這是一對帥氣的兄弟經營的飯店，服務非常好，老闆非常用心經營，早餐的可頌咖啡水果優格還有新鮮現榨柳橙汁都很棒，甚至早餐也含熱騰騰現做的煎餅法式吐司歐姆蕾太陽蛋等等可供選擇。想去走走，老闆也很用心的介紹有趣的地點與美味的餐廳。還記得老闆親手提著航空公司丟失的行李箱來到我的房間給我。也還記得離開時最溫暖最真摯的祝福與擁抱。雖然是公司出差所以報公司帳，結帳時甚至還打了很多折扣給我，若房間狀況許可，也主動幫我升級房型。這一切的一切都成為我最美好最溫暖最難忘的回憶⋯⋯

My wife and I spent one night during our trip to Germany. The location of Hotel Carlton is only 3 mins away from the mail station and 1 min to the tram station where #1 can lead you to the historical city center. We have very pleasant stay in the Hotel Carlton, especially with the lady when we checked-in. She provides a lot of suggestions for sight seeing at night. She even gave us free tram tickets from previous customers. The room was big enough for three, and the service was indeed good. However, the next morning the male owner sold us those tickets 1.4 for each ride. Well, I don't care about money, but if those tickets were the goodwill from previous customers for free, the owner should not sell it at a price.

Very nice and convenient place. Easy to walk or go by tram to the town centre. Quiet even in festival.
