Crowne Plaza ANTWERP, an IHG Hotel

very nice hotel, good for business and family stay. i like the gym and swimming pool.

旅館可帶寵物，樓層有房客遛狗，讓怕狗的房客很不安。還遇到帶狗鬼祟的房客，一路上從飯店跟出來，寸步不離，到了旅館告知櫃檯，櫃檯雖然報警了，這個寸步不離的房客依然帶著狗在身旁尾隨，房客的安全深受威脅。

The aircon is old and noisy and not really cooling the room down at all, so even in may it's a sauna in the room. Parking doesn't have any security cameras, but they still charge you for it. Other than that it's okay and near a bus stop.

Stayed here for a conference. Rooms a good size with safe and fridge. My room was a little tired. I needed an iron to press clothes for a presentation, all my colleagues said that their rooms had irons, mine didn’t. However, a very helpful housekeeping lady organised one for me. My room was at the end next to the fire exit stairs which had bright lights on all night requiring me to wear a night mask. My colleagues said there rooms had blackout curtains, mine didn’t. On the last day I used the spa facilities which were great. The shuttle from Brussels airport stopped outside and there were nearby bus stops to the city centre, Food and drink seemed to be very expensive. We had catering for the conference which was excellent. Sadly, the same couldn’t be said about the restaurant. It was overpriced and dreadful! The majority of my colleagues agreed. The roast cauliflower was so overcooked, it fell apart on touch and was barely lukewarm! A colleague complained that his meat dish was minuscule and cold and got it replaced as even the manager agreed with him. All of us were determined not to eat there again, so went into the city to eat after the first night. (Unless the conference supplied food). I didn’t have the breakfast (at 25 Euros) Again, I was told by colleagues that it was very poor value). However, you could amuse yourself watching the mice scurrying about in the bar & restaurant, we saw them often! The staff were aware they had a mouse problem!

This hotel has had its glory days and is now a bit run down. It's conveniently located right on the ring road, but that also means a lot of traffic and very noisy environment. I was on the 12th floor but could never have the window open due to heavy traffic noise around the clock. The room was small and worn, with some mold and water damage. Breakfast is not impressive. The gym has probably not been cleaned or seem maintenance for years, all the machines in various states of disrepair. Parking is quite good and convenient. I won't stay there again, there are better options.

Hôtel assez sale. Les chambres ne sont pas bien nettoyés et le spa est trop trop trop sale… le petit dej est ok

Rayan was at the front desk when I checked in. He was great! Very professional, knowledgeable, funny, and really helped me get settled in.

Beetje gedateerd hotel dat een prima facelift heeft gehad. Goede prijs / prestatie verhouding. Goed bereikbaar direct aan de ring

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit hotel. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en altijd bereid om te helpen, wat meteen voor een warm gevoel zorgde. De kamer was netjes, comfortabel en duidelijk redelijk recent vernieuwd. De ligging is bovendien heel praktisch, vlakbij de verbindingswegen. Ook de prijs viel heel goed mee voor wat dit hotel te bieden heeft. Wij zouden hier zeker opnieuw verblijven en raden het hotel absoluut aan.

Great location, friendly staff

Room quite sad. Lots of damage to furnishings and the wood by the window. Looks as if its probably been done a while ago and they have just left it. Room service not very universal, nothing much for children very limited with no standard room service options ( burger, club sandwich, nuggets things children would eat after a long journey). Found it quite unwelcoming as a family. Was expecting standard crowne plaza - this was not it.

Hello, It is almost many years that i choose Crown plaza, it has been always for me the best, but my last visit (31/03/2026) was not very good, in the resturant the Cecar salad was 18 euro + 5 euro chiken, this is redicoulous, how can you sell a Cesar salam with chiken apart? This was always with chiken 18euros and i had to pay 23 euros with chiken, the problem is not the money, you can only sau cesar salad 23 euro instead of trying to fool people, the room was very cold the breakfast was not the same for example no more smoked salmon, Breakfast was 20 euro, even on hotels.com, i asked to pay it in the hotel, they charged me 25 euro + 21% tax??? this is redicoulous I am very disappointed

The sauna and pool were excellent to relax after a long hard week of work. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We will come back for sure.
