Great rooms, restaurant, pool, and wellness area!

Nice room, clean, quiet and the shower gel was lovely.

everything perfect

the beds were not comfortable, very soft and not easy for 2 persons to sleep, when you turn your partner has to turn or move as well. the sauna was out of order. the staff was really nice but charging 20euros for parking was really disappointing. I could rate with 4 stars but parking charge has cost you a star.

The reception staff were exceptional. Extremely helpful at all times. Also the house keeping staff were very efficient. We stayed for a month and our room was immaculate. We chose The Crowne Plaza not only for its location but we had a bath in our room, which is non negotiable for us. Thank you

Great hotel for Antwerp Expo. Service at the restaurant was not very accommodating but honestly it could be house-rule not to serve a pommes- frites alone although it is on the menu. It could be a starter/ not a side-dish….

Lovely hotel really nice pool and spa. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Face mirror was broken so we changed the room. However, the air conditioner was too weak so we came back to the original room. The air conditioner keeps at 25-26 degree which it is a bit difficult to fall asleep especially during heat wave season.

Nice hotel, with good amenities. There's paid parking but we used the street parking around the hotel which is both free and plentful.

The property is exelent only problem was that room was not sk clean under the besds was a little dirty. For the rest the property was nice.

Loved the spa area

Lovely hotel, friendly staff in hotel and restaurant where the veg burger was good. Quite a bit of noise from the roads outside but didn’t stop me sleeping. Parking secure on site, it’s quite a way from city centre but local buses and uber worked a treat

Property incredible and clean. Staff were incredible, parking was on site and affordable and the pool/gym area was very clean and modern

Good stay outside of Antwerp. Clean and new enjoyed the pool , steam room and sauna. Bathroom didn’t have any lock , not sure why it wasn’t fixed before just a. If inconvenience . Only stayed one night so didn’t ask to move rooms . Would stay again

The hotel is nice inside, has a nice pool, gym, but the room I stayed in was so noisy from the traffic, with multiple freeways all passing in front and around and traffic flowing all night. I barely slept each night. Tried to change rooms, but none on other side of building available. Won’t stay here again for risk of getting similar facing room. Last time I stayed I must have been on the other side of the hotel.

First thing I find on the elevator wall in this place is a story about some local big shot architect who is obviously a genius, because he is local, who designed this monumental landmark, and therefore it is a piece of art. The truth is there are hundreds if not thousands of much better hotels. One important difference is they are quiet. When you build something of glass and concrete, gotta make sure you cut low frequency noise coming from a nearby highway. The genius architect here didn't. Knowing that, the reception staff must fill quietest rooms first to keep most guests comfortable especially when the place is only half full, if they care. We got a room facing highway on entirely empty floor. That was not very accommodating. We spent a troublesome night listening local traffic. The name of the receptionist is Ian.
