Hotel muito bem localizado. Quarto espaçoso e confortável. É um hotel remodelado, mas nada que comprometa a estadia. Me hospedaria novamente.

The staff went above and beyond to fullfil all my needs. The temperature in the room was rather cold (very cold weather outside) and I couldn't figure out how the air con works. The receptionist listened to me carefully and then then sent someone to only adjust the temperature in the room but left an additional heating unit in my room should if I need it. the only reason I gave 4 starts for comfort was the noise from outside. The location is central and I had a wonderful view from my room. It was just a bit loud. Maybe should have brought earplugs. Apart from that, both receptionists I had the pleasure of talking to were extremely welcoming, nice and polite. Really appreciate it, thank you! :)

Service at counter was great. However - bo functioning airconditioning at the complete second floor of the hotel whiel it was +30 degrees + a party going on outside untill well after 12.
For that kind of money (+250 a night) absolutely not worth it

Zeer centraal gelegen hotel in de binnenstad van Gent. Kamers ietwat gedateerd maar wel schoon. Warme gerechten bij het ontbijtbuffet hadden iets uitgebreider gemogen, evenals verse jus d’orange.

Prima hotel midden in centrum met eigen parkeergarage. Wordt dit jaar volledig gerenoveerd en dat is wel nodig.
