Hello, The room was fine, not a 5 rating but fine. Staff was top! But to charge 70euros for an early check in when you have availability on the room I’m to stay in is the first time ever for me. Especially surprising for a five star establishment. Thanks

The Hotel is pretty beaten up. Not enough people to serve guests. Mold in the shower, Broken furniture, No Body welcoming you at arrival....

The beds are really uncomfortables. The Gym too small with broken machines. Frankly it’s not like Sofitel international standard. Had better experience in others Sofitel’s in others countries.

Excellent hotel. Not central but HOHO bus stop is close along with public transport. Would definitely stay again

Hotel is nice but staff very unwelcoming. We arrived at 10 am after over 12 hours travel and asked to get our rooms earlier. Front Desk said there is nothing they can do and we have to wait till 3 pm, then 30 minutes later she said they can give us other room for few hours but will charge us "Early check in fee" 70 Euro. WHAT???? I never heard in my life such things, especially when you pay premium for 5 star hotel, I called Manager to complain with hope to find solution and she in the same "Robotic" manner with same "Million Dollar" smile told me that unfortunately they can't help me... We also were hungry, went to their restaurant in hotel to take breakfast (at 10:40 am) and they told us restaurant is closed. Breakfast till 10:30 am only and lunch only after 12 pm. When we asked where can we eat the answer was " I don't know" Hotel looks pretty clean and modern but don't expect any friendly welcoming approach by the staff. The attitude there is check in, check out and get lost... I was in Brussels many times and there is so many great hotels in the area. I don't see myself coming to this hotel back again.

Amazing hotel in the business district. We stayed for a couples break in Brussels. Hotel and staff were all wonderful and helpful. Hotel is classic Sofitel. Location is on a small square with many local bars and resturants. Its around 30 minutes walk into the city centre.

The moment we walked in, I felt like royalty with superior best-in-class service. The Sofitel in Brussels is charming with a beautiful rooftop bar and indoor courtyard sitting area. It was extra special since we were awarded as “Guest of the Day” which made our first time visit to Brussels, Belgium that much special. Our room was close to the hotel elevator and facing the Jourdan Square. The hotel room is spacious and very clean and comfortable.

Charged me without notifying me for smoking. There are no sign for non smoking or once checkin informed me that. Other wise its perfect.

Although nice to be near the square, the garbage was not pleasant to see as well noise late one night.
