This is our second time here and won't be our last. Nice hotel and friendly staff.

Good for couples or families.

All in all an amazing stay! The hotel will arrange a shuttle to get you from the airport for $10 USD. The rooms were clean, AC banging, housekeeping comes in the morning. The pool was refreshing and clean. The Lost Gringos (restaurant/bar in the hotel) has the best customer service hands down with delicious food! The location is steps away from the beach where you can enjoy the hammocks or a massage. The chicken drop was a cool cultural experience. Def recommend & ill be back

We had a lovely stay and would definitely return. Our clean, comfortable room had a balcony facing the sea and we loved having coffee while watching the sunrise and listening to birdsong and wind in the palms. The coffee maker, mini frig, wifi and AC all worked well. The pool and grounds were well maintained, and everyone was very kind and helpful. We’d particularly like to thank Ms. Ada at the front desk for her recommendations and all the questions she patiently answered! It's true that as with most places in the region, there were occasional plumbing issues, but they were always quickly resolved. A heads up to first-time visitors who might not be aware that although the staff keep the waterfront clean, this is not really an island for easy swimming from the shore, particularly during sargassum season. Also, there is a lively bar scene one night of the week when they host a popular, live-chicken bingo game, but it doesn’t go late and we didn’t have trouble with the noise.

I have always stayed at CDM when visiting San Pedro for many years. It’s always my go to hotel. It’s great to see that there has been considerable upgrades done to the hotel. Always a pleasure staying there. Great staff and friendly people.

Great staff and very welcoming

Room was fine for price. Beds were a little hard. Nice to have A/C is a warm country. Bathrooms don’t have fans which would be nice. The restaurant/pub is right in the centre of the hotel so if you are early to bed you probably won’t like it and if you are social you’ll love it.

I felt safe and well looked after during my stay at your resort. My only complaint relates to the lack of hot water. Even if I ran it for a long time, there was never any hot water in my unit (#14).

O hotel é antigo, mas atende! Tivemos um problema com o ar condicionado, e a equipe logo nos trocou de quarto! A instalação para a praia é boa, e o bar do hotel também! Único ponto é que fica distante do centro a pé! É necessário andar cerca de 30 min para chegar nos locais de restaurantes e no ferry internacional

Great option for hotel with pool AND beach access with budget friendly pricing. Close to downtown San Pedro. Staff very friendly and helpful.

A gem in the heart of San Pedro. Great Beach area, bar and food.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot! We liked having the bar downstairs for whenever we were hungry or thirsty. It was only loud until about 10pm on the nights of the Chicken Drop. We had a great time and would stay here again!
