In summary, this property is far from a 4-star hotel; it barely meets the standards of a basic motel or hostel. I paid premium prices for the worst accommodation of my trip. It’s highly misleading and does not reflect reality. Paying $920 USD for 3 nights for this level of quality is completely unacceptable. 1. Outdated Facilities & Small Room: While the photos on Expedia look modern, the actual room is extremely cramped. The bathroom is damp and moldy, the flooring is cheap plastic/vinyl, the hall walls are thin partitions, and the bathroom plumbing is worn out. 2. Severe Noise Issues: The soundproofing is practically non-existent. You can hear every step in the hallway and every conversation from neighboring rooms. At 5:00 AM, we were woken up by neighbors on the 2nd floor. It took 3 calls to the front desk before security was finally sent to handle it. 3. Subpar Amenities & Hidden Charges: Small bottled water in the fridge incurs an extra charge—out of the 8 hotels I stayed at on this trip, this was the only one that charged for water. There wasn't even a basic coffee maker, let alone a kettle. Except the location, there is nothing in this hotel.
