The room was a little small but we cannot complain at all!! The beds were great. It was very clean, shower was great (loved the window in the shower). The TV channel options were plenty in Portuguese and English. My son had to take an exam for school and the internet worked great, reliable and strong. We loved the balcony and we loved the area. The breakfast was big! Plenty to choose from and the hotel has a little bar area and restaurant. The hotel is in a great location to walk in every direction for different food options. That was the best part, taking walks each day to explore. We had no trouble with calling an Uber or Taxi and traveled to so many tourist sites nearby. The hotel staff was wonderful and very helpful, many of them spoke english but they were very patient to let me try my Portuguese. I would defiantly stay here again!

O chuveiro é bem fraco. 2a vez que me hospedo e acho a mesma coisa....fraquinho e não esquenta muito. E o café da manhã nos domingos é sem estação de tapioca e omelete. A academia precisa de manutenção, pois não acompanha o nivel do hotel.

Estava chovendo, parei o carro no valet, com criança, malas, carrinhos, etc, e ninguem veio ajudar.
Além disso, pedi Ifood, meu filho de 7 meses estava dormindo no quarto, portanto não era possível comer lá. Desci e sentei nas meses que ficam próximo ao café. Me impediram de comer lá, alegando que era um restaurante. Haviam cerca de 10 meses, sendo que apenas 2 estavam ocupadas. Inacreditável.
Gostava muito do hotel pela localização e comodidade, mas irei reavaliar nas próximas oportunidades.

Para entrega de um quarto deve se verificar tudo, condições de limpeza e funcionalidades. Minha habitação não tinha agua fria no banheiro. Descobri isso já no banho quando só saia agua quente. Atento testei o registro geral do banheiro, foi só abrir. Mas isso deveria ser checado antes de liberar para o hospede,
