DoubleTree by Hilton Sao Paulo Itaim

The room was a little small but we cannot complain at all!! The beds were great. It was very clean, shower was great (loved the window in the shower). The TV channel options were plenty in Portuguese and English. My son had to take an exam for school and the internet worked great, reliable and strong. We loved the balcony and we loved the area. The breakfast was big! Plenty to choose from and the hotel has a little bar area and restaurant. The hotel is in a great location to walk in every direction for different food options. That was the best part, taking walks each day to explore. We had no trouble with calling an Uber or Taxi and traveled to so many tourist sites nearby. The hotel staff was wonderful and very helpful, many of them spoke english but they were very patient to let me try my Portuguese. I would defiantly stay here again!

Nossa experiência de hospedagem foi excelente, equipe do hotel bastante gentil, desde o check in até o check-out. Um agradecimento especial do Antonio, responsavel pelo nosso check-in, ele foi muito atencioso conosco e com a nossa filha, agilizando nossa entrada no quarto. Ficamos hospedados no quarto 709, todo reformado e com acomodacoes em perfeito estado, cama king size excelente. Cafe da manha com otimas opcoes e, na minha opiniao, melhor que de outros hoteis da redondeza. Com a reforma do Hotel, o DoubleTree certamente ganhou a nossa preferencia no Itaim Bibi.

Pelo preço praticado, o estacionamento deveria ser gratuito... Mas na faina de terceirizar tal serviço o hotel lava as mãos tal como Pôncio Pilatos... Ridículo !!!
