All good but the staff was not trained to inform all discounts on the property which could saved us unnecessary expenses but the the guest service lady diductrd all our missed discount from our final bill.

Very good value for money. A quiet location.

The hotel is very nice and in a beautiful area. Carpets and rooms smell a little like cigarettes and it is not well staffed for a hotel of this caliber — ie nobody at front desk, nobody answers phone, take your own luggage, grouchy towel ladies, etc. if you’re okay with that, which I was, this place was great.

Les - Chambre spacieuse avec balcon, calme et très bien équipée - Espaces communs agréables et spacieux - Personnel sympathique et efficace - Petit-déjeuners et repas copieux, variés et qualitatifs. - Proximité transports en communs (centre Varna Bus 31A) Le - Le maître nageur était incapable (ou ne voulait pas) de faire respecter le règlement de la piscine intérieure quand certaines personnes mettaient le bazar. Il préférait aller voir ailleurs.

Gorgeous property, clean and comfortable room with amazing views, very helpful staff, great food and beautiful beach. We will definitely come back again.

The property was very nice, but most of the staff we unhelpful and condescending when they spoke to you. Some staff also acted as if they didn’t care. Also, we had problems with the amenities in the rooms including no iron or ironing board (staff sent us on a wild goose case to find one instead of bringing one to our room). We need to weigh our luggage for our flight and both scales in each of our rooms did not work and we did not want to deal with the staff.

Leider spricht das Personal wenn überhaupt nur selten deutsch Das Zimmer wurde nur oberflächlich geputzt

Im November nichts los , da zu wenig Gäste, Abend Buffet wurde mangels an Gästen eingestellt. Im November ein Ort wo sich Füchse gute Nacht sagen

At the risk of sounding snotty, this is not a 5 star hotel on most international standards. The thing that bugged me the most was the temperature of the hotel in the hottest season of year. Not only were lobbys and elevators kept just cool enough not to be considered hot, the rooms didn’t allow adjustment. We should have freedom to keep the room as cold as we want. The other disappointment was the beach - no private beach for the hotel, and the facilities at the beach were just okay. Villa Chinka looked more 5-star with private beach, good quality bars, etc. It made Astor Garden seem worse even though it is meant to be 5 star as well. The hallways were pretty dirty as well. Aside from these points, it was good overall.
