Probably the largest hotel room I’ve stayed in, certainly had a wow factor. The hotel itself is impressive with good dining on site. The actual hotel is a little way out of the main shopping and dining streets but still walkable. The staff were a touch clinical and aloof in their manner but I find this can be the case in high end hotels where warmth sometimes lacks

Von VIP Angebot habe ich persönlich nichts mitbekommen aber das Hotel ansich ist super. Einzig, dass man 40 euro pro 3 std. Für pool, sauna etc extra zahlen muss, sollte deutlicher auf der expedia seite angezeigt werden...dies findet man nur im Kleingedruckten aber nicht bei der Beschreibung der Zimmer und des Hotels

Spotlessly clean good staff, check in a bit of a language barrier. Overall excellent.

Upgraded to suite with a bottle of wine. Wine was not avaliable when i arrived. Was brought the next day. Was told I had to pay for the spa, and would be charged for it. However, the room i got included spa access. To book an appointment eith Spa services, the female party was rude. Also had to tell the front desk when I was leavinf and coming back which was an inconvenience. This was die to a "virtual parking". Was not needed

Horrible service! Unpleasant staff. They are over charging for everything (room service, sauna...). NOT RECOMMENDED!

This is NOT a 5-star hotel! I do not recommend it at all. Let's start with front desk service. It was very impolite and arrogant on multiple occasions. Staff throughout the hotel, especially also at the breakfast area, seemed to be in a bad mood the whole time. To order room service costs and extra 10€, just to have a club sandwich brought to your room. Sauna area is not included! No! It costs and extra 40€ just to use the sauna for 15 minutes. Every service is with extra cost and with ridiculous prices and low grade service. Considering the cost of the rooms, this hotel is trying to peel as much as possible off their clients without offering ANY decent service. It is not good!!!

The staff needs more training to deal with tourists in terms of guiding guests.

We had a good overnight stay at the hotel, which overall is a decent place. However, it’s quite surprising that breakfast is not included when booking a suite – in my opinion, that’s not good enough for a hotel of this standard.

Superbe hôtel avec de grandes chambres ,une belle salle de sport et un superbe petit déjeuner. Meilleur hôtel de Sofia . Super bien placé. Personnel très aimable . Encore merci à George à la réception toujours à votre disposition.

Un hôtel bénéficiant d’un emplacement de choix, d’une propreté irréprochable, d’un confort certain et de chambres spacieuses ; les restaurants sont à la hauteur des attentes. Cependant, les services offerts par certains employés de la réception laissent à désirer. Il est regrettable qu’un client doive, sur recommandation du bagagiste, descendre lui-même pour résoudre un problème de cartes de chambre défectueuses… Devoir attendre quinze minutes au moment du départ pour que les bagages soient apportés n’est pas acceptable non plus. La courtoisie devrait également être davantage cultivée. Sur ces points, une attention particulière s’impose. Un client déçu… qui hésitera à revenir dans cet établissement. 😰

We got the room on the 27th floor and was very beautiful

Very nice, large spacious rooms! Spa is nice! Restaurants and service amazing. Couldn’t turn the ac down enough to a comfortable temp. Would have liked about 2 or 3 degrees cooler! Can hear club music till about 4 am on Fri and Saturday. Very close to the streets of restaurants and stores! Expensive if you need something laundered.
