1. I book the transportation service for two person with confirmation from the hotel.But when I landed in Sofia I waited in the airport for half an hour.Nobody waiting in the airport as promised by hotel.We I go outside of the airport,I saw the car of the hotel.The driver told me the reservation has been canceled.He had to pick up a group..So I could only a terrible old taxi to hotel.And the hotel charge me 24 euro in total!!When I checking,I asked the reason why the hotel did not inform me in advance.No explanation only "sorry.Madam..' 2. I booked the room for three nights.2 individual orders.But I have to give the card to reception to extend the valid in the 12 o'clock of the 2nd day. 3. Lift is too small, two person with 2 luggages is crowded. 4.Restaurant refuse to provide spoons if You didn't order anything. 5.You have to wait for almost one hour to let hotel staff turn on the switch of gym at 9am!! 6.There is a fuel charging station in the opposite side of the hotel. Horrible and uncomfortable experience.Not recommend anymore!!

good location, very quiet, reception staff very helpful and friendly. Big smiles! ;-)

WiFi dropped out constantly during visit making it difficult to conduct any work in the room

Had a air con problem but it was dealt with professionally by an excellent staff team.

They did not have our reservation in the system. Therefore, I had to pay for the one night stay.

This hotel was newly renovated, the amenities and rooms were nice, however, the rooms were still smelling from the materials used for renovation, the smell was so strong that I couldn't breath properly. Though they tried to change the room, but it didn't help. So, I had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night as it was impossible to be there. They shouldn't be listing this hotel for the next one month or so, until all the odors and smells are gone away.

Hotel açıldığından belli galiba yatakları yenilememişler. Sanki yerde yatıyordum. Kahvaltı servisi harika.

Belle chambre. L’hôtel est situé à 10 minutes à pied d’une station de métro qui permet d’aller facilement au centre-ville. Bon déjeuner!

Hotel under ombygning. Restaurant var lukket. Ikke ryger værelse lugtede rigtig meget af røg.

The AC did not work in room. Housekeeping does the bare minimum. Did not pick up garbage from room or left any toilet paper when servicing our room.

Limited dinning available in the area. 15/20 minutes to the airport & the city. Parking is a hassel.
