The only problem is elevater is not available and the general situation of the hotel is ok, the receptionist is kind enough to accompany to a nearby bar street for dinner, because i was almost robbed while i was walking the street just next to the hotel. so it is better not walk alone at the street alone at night.

Hotellet var i dåligt skick, mögel på rummet samt smutsigt och i dåligt skick. Badrummet hade en stor mögelfläck i taket, se sa att de behövde måla om. Toaletten gick bara att spola varannan gång. Sen fick man öppna upp och trycka på nån grej så gick det sen. Det luktade unket och fuktigt, poolen var oren och grumlig. Svårt dock att hålla barnen borta från den så vi badade ändå. Vi är inte nöjda och skulle inte rekommendera någon att åka dit.

The building and room is very run down and grungy looking. The customer service was poor-upon arriving they gave us the key and left us to find our own way to the room, no directions, very little Care for customers and the site. The walls of the room look like they haven’t been painted in twenty years. The lighting in room was very dim, hallway doors and balcony doors have large gaps. Weak ac in the room. Weak wifi at best. Bed was okay. Breakfast was gross and inefficient-one lady with a hot plate trying to fry eggs for 20+ people...and she looks very unhappy to be there, as did other staff. There were two neighbor dogs that barked for hours during the early hours of the morning and we couldn’t shut down the noise level bc of the leaks around the door and open cement brink style windows in the bathroom. We asked for the front desk to help us make a local call (all other places did this as a courtesy for guests)...the manager told us we could only use his phone for 50 cents a minute. The front desk was not helpful or welcoming. This hotel felt very gettho like...but was a higher mid range price. We prepaid non refundable on line for two days-got out as soon as we could. Central Location initially got us there-close to palace and river and has a small pool... not ever going back and would not recommend the place.

Unweit des Königspalastes gelegenes ** Hotel und gut erreichbar in ca. 10 Min. Uferpromenade am Fluss. Restaurants sind entlang des Hotels paar zu finden und auch div. Shops . Zum einkaufen sind mehrere Discounter dabei , wie der " Smile Marcet " und noch andere . Am besten alles selbst ergründen und zum nachsehen den Reiseführer als Stütze benutzen. TUC TUC stehen vor dem Hotel - Preis verhandelbar wo man hin möchte ... Preis mit den TUC TUC zum Airport 8 $

Alright hotel, not a favourite, i tried several hotels in the city. Cant give an exact reason, just didnt like it that much compared to the other hotels i stayed at.

Hotel antigo, mas ótimo e excelente localização

Helt greit for å sove en natt, men rommets forfatning var som forventet til hotellets beliggenhet.

The hotel is situated a short walk away from the palace, about 5 minutes. The building itself is very nice but, it's not as well maintained. The rooms can use a fesh coat of paint and the sheets are stained and the shower was not separated from the toilet and the drainage was poor so every time I showered I ended up in a pool of water. Not pleasant. However, the rooms are big and the staff are wonderful. They are very helpful and cheery and friendly.

This hotel has gone down hill since I was here a few years back. What a shame was such a nice place

조용하고 수영장이있어 좋았고, 객실도 깨끗했어요.하지만 아침식사는 종류가 똑같아서 조금 실망^^

Dålig service i receptionen. Visste inte om att det gick tåg till sihanoukville. Och kunde ej heller hjälpa till med växling. Man fick knappt ett godmorgon.

très bon rapport qualité prix. On a demandé une couverture en plus, il a été très difficile de l'avoir. Petit déjeuner très pauvre

The location is great - near many eateries and very near to the top POIs in Phnom Penh. The staff were friendly. The wifi was a bit flaky.

Bien au niveau de la chambre (confort) et la piscine. Personnel très aimable et serviable. Il manque une tablette dans la sdb et de quoi déposer les trousses de toilette. Luminaires insuffisants. Odeurs désagréables dans la chambre et petit déjeuner très très basique !

위치는 좋은데 주변소음이 좀 있었음. 그냥 출장호텔로 이용하시긴 좋습니다..호텔 부대시설 기대는 금물.

The room was big but after staying across de rd for nearly the same price I was expecting a bit more. Loved the big balcony tho, loads of privacy. Breakfast was minimalistic, internet on the 4th floor was intermitent. No elevators. You get what you pay for.

The only "but" it would be that this hotel doesn't own a lift, so, if you are in one of the top floors, it could be a quite challenging.
