Loved the Old Cinema hotel. Beautiful art deco decoration in rooms and surrounding areas. Air con works well. Great shower. Cool breakfast area / cafe with lots of plants. Great background music accentuating the cool mood. Small pool to cool off in was on way to needing a clean, but was fine. Lots of towels. All staff were magnificent even helping to organise tuk tuks to the sights. Food excellent. Loved this place especially the meatball sandwiches for lunch.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Frühstück war exellent und das Personal überaus freundlich. Die Bar mit ihrem Ginclub (verschiedenste GinTonic Variationen) etwas Besonderes! Sehr bequeme Betten und eine super Klimaanlage. Auch der Pool war bei diesen Temperaturen eine willkommene Abkühlung. Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Insgesamt- wenn Kampot- dann Old Cinema! Danke für die schönen Tage, wären gerne länger geblieben :)

This hotel is amazing! It's beautifully decorate, immaculately clean and comfortable. The ladies who run this hotel are fantastic, super helpful. They know good guides and can arrange any tour you wish. The food is delicious... The brekky is so good. It's al a cart, not buffet, but that doesn't limit your choice at all. I found the location central to everything as well. I speak highly enough about this hotel and whole heartily recommend!

Really lovely stay. Such beautiful & caring staff. Excellent location walkable to all restaurants & cafes in town + waterfront. Good breakfast selection; the proposition is that you choose from an option on the set menu however, you can actually mix and match from any option!? The really wow-factor is the stunning art deco design elements everywhere; it has been so extraordinarily done, it’s absolutely stunning. Reception provided us with a taxi for 60USD for the day to explore the area; Kampot pepper farm, Kep area, salt flats and we also decided to take a few hours out at the Veranda Natural Resort near Kep to have coffee, patisserie and a swim in their beautiful pool just below the restaurant. Best to take a taxi for a day out as it’s far more comfortable than a tuk tuk and some of the roads can be mighty dusty. If we had to highlight an area to improve, we’d recommend draining the plunge pool and giving the tiles a good scrub down. Besides this, it’s still a 200% great experience to stay there!!!

Amazing stay ! Air conditioning broke however they upgraded us and replaced the other rooms AC right away to ensure it wouldn’t be broken for the next guest. Everyone was very accommodating and super nice !

This hotel is a hidden gem in downtown Kampot. The interesting decor and architecture, well appointed room, working wifi, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff made it a 10/10 for me.

ArtDeco repurposed Old Cinema was a lovley hotel for my purposes. CBD walkable. Comfortable beds and linen. Nice size rooms, sheltered pool, good breakfast, good wifi, and wonderfully helpful, and very polite staff. I look forward to my next visit

Un véritable coup de cœur pour ce petit hôtel situé au cœur de Kampot. Style art-déco omniprésent depuis le lobby aux chambres en passant par le bar et la piscine. Même la nourriture est top !

Very beautiful and unique hotel, both the common area, pool and the rooms. It was the highlight of staying in Kampot. Extremely nice people working there. The breakfast is great as well, you can order from a lot of different options. Good location close to the centre, but not right next to anything noisy

There isn’t a better place to stay in Kampot. The location, food, staff, comfort and service are amazing!!! They answer any and all questions about the area and are helpful to arrange a countryside tour with an excellent English speaking guide and assist with scooter rentals. Rooms are clean and comfortable and they have three sizes available. The smallest one good for 1 person, if 2 people, I recommend the middle size. The king suite has extra room and a second sink area and a huge balcony. All rooms have fan in addition to AC.

Our 3-night stay at Hotel Old Cinema was one of the highlights of our trip around Cambodia. The boutique accommodation, with its sublime art deco decor, features well-appointed suites, superb pool area and luxe bar. The staff are fantastic, and breakfasts feel like a special occasion. Step out of the lobby onto the footpath and you are in amongst the action of Kampot. A wonderful stay that comes with our highest recommendation.
