Great venue, nice and handy to the wharf. What let this place down was the attitude of the guy in the red shirt (presumably the manager) His attitude was appalling, there was no internet for the three nights I was there. When I complained about this on the first day he just pointed at the sky and said it would be fixed the next day. The bar and restaurants around this establishment all had working WiFi. This went on for three days, including power cuts of which I duly complained daily.
This guys attitude was appalling as he considered it funny. He was more interested in looking after the Chinese day tourists who turned up daily by boat to have lunch at the resort, as opposed to looking after his booked in guests comforts.
I have been in the service industry for some 20 years now and his attitude was unacceptable. Quite frankly if I was his employer, he would have been sacked a long time ago.
