Super god beliggenhed. Ikke så servicemindede i restauranten.

Lage ist sehr gut, direkt am Pier und am Strand. Das Hotel eigene WIFi war leider nicht verfügbar bzw. es keine Verbindung möglich. Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet und sauber.

It’s easy to find but the staff offered no help at all

Parasta mitä rantakohteelta voit odottaa, 3yötä vietimme tässä majoitusliikkeessä. Mahtava tunne kun astut ulos ja voit kävellä hiekkarantaa pitkin ravintoloihin. Miinuksena, että ei ollut jääkaappia/minibaaria, sekä wifi ei toiminut.

The staff is really inadequate for this job. They constantly seem to be ignoring what is happening and why; and couldn´t care less about improving the hosts´ experience. The cleaning crew is good but there is no clear instruction on how to make them to clean the rooms.

This was our second time staying there and they had upgraded the bathrooms since last time; they were fully enclosed this time versus partial last time. We go there to relax and not have a pool and other amenities because we have the ocean. It is set back far enough so you don't interact or feel people are walking by you. The restaurant was much better this time than last. I just wished they cleaned the trash up in the back behind the rooms outside so you feel like it is inhabited. There is not a lot but it would not take a lot of time to do.

Great venue, nice and handy to the wharf. What let this place down was the attitude of the guy in the red shirt (presumably the manager) His attitude was appalling, there was no internet for the three nights I was there. When I complained about this on the first day he just pointed at the sky and said it would be fixed the next day. The bar and restaurants around this establishment all had working WiFi. This went on for three days, including power cuts of which I duly complained daily. This guys attitude was appalling as he considered it funny. He was more interested in looking after the Chinese day tourists who turned up daily by boat to have lunch at the resort, as opposed to looking after his booked in guests comforts. I have been in the service industry for some 20 years now and his attitude was unacceptable. Quite frankly if I was his employer, he would have been sacked a long time ago.

It is easy to access to beach and pier. The facility of the hotel was simple.

The hotels on the islands should provide more information on what boat service to book with in order to get dropped off as close to their facility as possible. I asked at least 3 different ferry companies before going with speed ferry cambodia which dropped me off a few docks away from the hotel. I had to walk in the sun with a 50lb luggage bag which was pretty irritating and then when I got to the check in counter no one showed up for about half an hour. After that everything else at the hotel was great. Relatively clean and comfortable, good for the price.

We been 6 nights there, they have the option of room with direct sea view or bungalow with sea view (some direct,some indirect). We got bungalow sea view option and is the best, very quiet and relax. Nice place for breakfast although is not super big breakfast. Pancake and ice coffe was my favorite. Quality/price very good option. Have more nice bungalow in Sarence bay, but are double price, just depend of your budget.

Efficacité du personnel car arrivée avant le check in. Petit déjeune gratuit pour les clients ( dommage que ça ne soit pas mentionné) . Chambre privative vue sur mer mais dans un bungalow commun ( aucune insonorisation) . Plage assez propre mais pas de transat dommage.

Hotellet kunne ikke finde vores booking og check-in tog derfor 1 time. De endte med at give os et andet værelse end det, som vi havde bestilt. Deres wifi virkede ikke, hvilket var super irriterende. Der var en kakkelak på vores værelse og det var super ulækkert.

resort could use a makeover, ceiling fan didn't work but they provided a very good floor fan, albeit was filthy with dust. bed was comfy and pillows good. breakfast was simple, plain omelette and white baguette with butter, had to ask for jam.

Great relaxing stay. They picked us up at pier four which was unexpected. We thought we were going to have to walk. Beach is beautiful white powder sand. Turkish restaurant beside Orchid was great and we ate there all the time. I’d say orchid was positioned in a good area of the beach.

離島にあるバンガローなので高望みをしていた訳ではないが、周辺の同レベルの施設に比べ宿泊費が高い割には、クオリティは非常に低かった。 WiFiは故障中で使用出来ず、洗面台の排水も詰まったまま。 滞在中部屋の掃除も行われなかったので、バスタオルやアメニティの交換も無し。 蚊帳もベットサイズに合って無かったので、夜になると蚊が多く寝る事が出来ませんでした。 ビーチサイドにあるので立地は最高ですが、おすすめは出来ません。

Photos of the room online are not what it's in reality. Poor rooms, no isolation so you hear everything your neighbours do. Staff not very friendly. Luckily, the surroundings are breathtaking!

This place will surely always have business since it's right in front of the main ferry terminal, and they know this, so from the moment I checked in, it was clear the staff wasn't at all focused on the customer experience. They were dismissive and not at all helpful. Rooms were very bare, just as expected. No air conditioning (there was a fan), no mirror in the bathroom, the water splashed on my feet every time I turned the faucet on in the sink, the shower wets the whole bathroom, and everything stays wet and smells. The upside: you're right on the beach the second you walk out the door. I spent virtually no time in the room since there are hammocks and swings and little bars and small restaurants all along the beach. There was also a mosquito net in the room. Use it. It's necessary.
