I stayed in Ruffles siem reap for my first time and I was there for my honeymoon, their service was excellent with very attentive friendly staff, everything was taking care of very well. The swimming pool Was massive and comfortable and prefect for getting a bit of sun tan during my holiday.this hotel treat every customer as a special guest, they welcoming me with a brunch of very beautiful lotus flower they tidy up the room in the evening as well as in the morning so I can just relax myself in a bubble bath after a long walk in the Angkor Wat. The champagne breakfast was luxurious and yummy, with so many varieties to choose from. Thank you Ruffles for giving me such a lovely holiday, I am already missing the hotel, the aspara dancing show with buffet and the friendly staff, I would highly recommend this hotel to whoever come to visit the kingdom of Cambodia. Can't wait to stay in Ruffles again in siem reap in the near future.

暹粒地区，知名度第一的酒店，所有的tutu车司机，只要知道你住莱福士，立马会流露出欣羡的目光，然后感叹你是“有钱人”，如果你喜欢这种感觉，那么选来福士吧。莱福士里有不少古董，也是这家酒店的基调，除此之外，还有非常豪气的花园，占地算是暹粒酒店中数一数二的大了。至于舒适度，性价比，真的不怎么样，房间算是暹粒五星酒店里数一数二小的了，设施也很“古董”，舒适感大打折扣，至于服务，这家酒店有歧视，对待亚洲人和欧美人，是两副嘴脸。

Wonderfull luxury hotel with excellent staff and service. Turndown at night is accompanied by local fruit and pastry treats. Beautifully appointed throughout and the Elephant Bar is a must. An ideal place to come home to after a hard day’s sightseeing at Angkor. We’ll remember it with pleasure.

Once I stepped into the hotel, I immediately felt being back to my home. This hotel provides that kind of warm greeting, comfortable staying with kind staff. The combination of good old time (1930-40’s era) and the latest service was good enough for me as a classic hotel lover! All of staff remember my name & face, so every time I need some help (especially for my child care), they offer a kind help at right place at right time. That was so fascinating and remarkable hospitality. By all those good services, I definitely come back again for staying this very hotel.

I had the best message ever at the amazing spa. The room was comfortable and had everything (and more!) that I could need. There is a lot of high end choice right now in Siem Reap and visitor numbers are not yet at their pre Covid highs. So it’s intriguing the room rates are as high as they are and climbing. To justify the hotels need to stay ahead and on second visit not sure that’s the case at this hotel. So all in all not the greatest value for money.

Worst 5 star hotel. All show and no substance. Smallest shower ever. Couldn’t even turn around. And they didn’t have a manager on duty to listen to my complaint. Never staying at a Raffles again.
