Beautiful hotel!

Our room has upgraded to a suite. It was a really nice room. The SPA was the best we’ve been in

Very good property, great location...but air conditioning not functioning...warm room. Think property not prepared for first warm day. Could not open windowns because of rain and thermostat could not be adjusted.

The front desk staff are a delight - the ease with which you can contact them (simply text the number on your key card) was so good. Every hotel needs to do this. The updated rooms are super nice and the bathrooms are the same. Had dinner at the NOTL restaurant downstairs and have nothing bad to say about any of it (had the burger, steak frites and the tuna appetizer). Took the brownie to go and can confirm that that was also delicious. Just stay here - you’ll love it.

The room was on the Main Street that had bright lights all night plus car traffic. Mattress was old.

Decent and new clean property. If you book through hotels.com and get a room on the first floor it will not be quiet. Room 104 especially is right next to the swinging door to the bar and restaurant area. So it's very loud and you feel like people outside your door are standing in the room. Also the spa music below the room plays all night long. You can hear it through the floor. Huge windows looking at an electrical unit. No sheers on the windows so you have to pull the drapes closed for privacy.

Beautiful property located in the heart of NOTL. Our room had an issue with the thermostat being stuck & it was really warm all night but the rest was great!

Excellent hotel in the middle of town. Check-in/check-out was seamless, with a large, quiet and clean room. I would highly recommend this hotel!
