Room is spacious but the room for improvement at the front desk while check-in

One of the nicest places I’ve stayed in!!

Absolutely perfect location! Walkable to everything (bakeries, theater, restaurants, shopping). Rooms are clean and comfortable. Plenty of space, seating available, big/modern bathroom. Beds were super comfortable (pillows were a little too mushy for my taste… I wish there were two different types of sturdiness). We had a two-king room, which was alongside the gate house and the alleyway next to the market- so it was relatively noisy in the morning because of the garbage trucks and deliveries. So would likely choose a different location next time. Wonderful stay overall!

This hotel was just perfect for our girls trip! The villas were lovely, well equipped and very comfortable. The beds and bedding were wonderful! Having outdoor space to lounge with a morning coffee or afternoon wine and cheese couldn’t have been better. Staff were all very friendly and helpful providing us with recommendations for dinner. A 10 out of 10 stay! Thank you for such a great place to stay while in NOTL 💕

Great place. Super friendly and helpful staff. The zen garden is so relaxing. Would definitely stay there again. Close to everything.

Although, I didn’t experience the spa amenities and didn’t check out the Zen Garden, everything was great.

The location was amazing. The room was spacious, clean and vibrant. I would recommend staying here again. There is a bed spa on site, you can book a massage and there is a wonderful cafe near by for morning coffee.

We had a wonderful stay at the 124 Q. The staff, food, and amenities were top notch. Every staff member we encountered went out of their way to make sure our stay was exceptional. We loved Beth at the bar, the welcome appetizer, the shuttle service, the bicycles, the dining room, and the high end toiletries. The only complaint was not staying in the main building. Workers started banging and moving at 5a and it sounded like it was on top of us. Otherwise, the room was cold, comfortable, and would stay the Q again!

This was my first time staying at this hotel after many trips to the area and staying at other well known five star hotels. I was very impressed with this property and will most definitely stay again and recommend it to others. The room was beautiful and the attention to detail and the overall condition of the hotel is far better than some of the older properties in NOTL. It was a refreshing change to stay somewhere with more modern decor and younger vibe than most places in the area. The parking was easy, the staff was very helpful and the room was very quiet. I didn’t have a chance to try the spa but it seemed to be pretty busy as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to NOTL.

Everything was lovely. The room overall was spacious and well appointed. The bed was so comfortable and the courtyard and fountain below was a pleasure to listen to as we fell asleep. The shuttle took us to our restaurant. Lovely stay!

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive from the moment we arrived. The highlights of our stay: Stellar Suite: Came with a cozy outdoor fireplace. Spotless: The room and facilities were very clean. Perfect Location: Right downtown and close to everything.Highly recommended! We will definitely be back.
