Room is spacious but the room for improvement at the front desk while check-in

This was a great hotel even though we stayed for a night. The staff were amazingly nice and helpful. We enjoyed the meal at NOTL and so did my 4 year old. Will definitely come back in the future.

Very clean

Had a great time at the hotel and spa. Staff was amazing- friendly and professional. Everything was so clean and well stocked. Spa facilities were never overcrowded and quiet environment was respected. So relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay!

Stated for my wifes 50th, the staff went above and beyond, the room was phenomenal, I couldn't recommend this hotelb& spa enough!

Everything was smooth, clean and accommodating.

First time stay at this hotel and spa, but definitely not the last! The staff was fantastic, they have a shuttle service if you need to get around to places that aren't walking distance and the room was fab. Loved the food at Treadwell restaurant, it's highly recommended!

Be prepared for the hidden Resort Fee or Extort Fee of $34 which is mandatory to pay. You can borrow a bike and use the coffee machine in the room with this fee. Apart from this disappointing extra charge, i enjoyed the hotel. Hotel room's are well decorated, comfortable and very spacious. ROOM 509. A Starbucks is connected which looked nice, but as Starbucks coffee is the worst in the world i avoided and chose Balzacs nearby. Next to the hotel is a supermarket which is great to buy juice, yogurt, pastries for breakfast. A good location to explore the Vineyards from

Staff was great, attentive and very helpful. The spa facility and treatments were great. The room was comfortable, however, it looked a bit 'tired' and the blinds did not block off the light at night effectively.

Top notch service, beautiful rooms and the Spa was a great relaxing experience.

The temperature of the room was only controlled by the front desk and varied from cold to super hot. Required 5 or 6 calls to the front desk during a 1 night stay. Just make the thermostat in the room work and controlled by the guests (like normal hotels do)

Corridors were noisy at night. Reception did not seem engaged, not the usual Canadian welcome. Fire place did not work and could not phone reception as needed to text and I could not text on my phone.

Perfect location! The parking was very easy. Our room was clean and spacious. The front office staff were extremely friendly and willing to help.Having the spa on site was so nice. We would definitely recommend this place!
