Concrete and plywood !!! I really was not impressed. Room footprint was very small .... square footage. Inappropriate price

I stayed at the 12th floor. On Saturday night ir was noisy that I couldn’t sleep. Just a word of excuse. If it were other hotels, it would have provided a complimentary.

Amazing location, excellent staff, unique, modern room with great amenities. Worth every dollar.

Clean room, friendly staff, lovely area but too basic services. It could have a better host treatment.

Very expensive for adequate but nothing special. Service was less than expected. Housekeeping came only at the end of the afternoon (4pm) after two requests several hours earlier.

Really nice hotel very close to fantastic dining, walks, entertainment, and shopping. The rooftop bar offers a nice selection of cocktails and a cozy but hip atmosphere. The lobby bar has great coffee and pastries and a DJ on weekend evenings. The hotel room was spotless, with a nice bathroom, and good amenities. Overall a great experience with superb attention to detail.

One of my most fave hotel in Toronto!

Fabulous stay at this property. The rooftop bar (Evangeline) is not to be missed (excellent drinks and vibes)! Loved the neighborhood too - great food and drink onsite but a really cool upscale food court across the street (shout out to Sai Foon’s Pad Thai which was amazing). Only one teeny tiny suggestion - the wooden benches at the ends of the beds look gorgeous but are shinbusters for us old folks who have to get up in the middle of the night - maybe a slightly smaller or rounded edge version? Would stay here again in heartbeat!

Beautiful comfortable room with nice view of a park, good dining area next to the lobby for working and having a bite. Only thing was the lighting by the elevators is too dark.

Lovely hotel but not very sound proof. I was booked on the 13th floor and there was a daytime function above. Beat and base and I could literally hear the loud music playing. I really needed a rest after a 4.5 drive. Apparently the party continues as this area is the rooftop bar so I requested a move. The hotel accommodated but also another inconvenience to move rooms. That being said, the hotel is lovely and the staff are amazing.

Fantastic location with great dining options

Staff was not helpful with my booking. I accidentally booked 2 reservations and they were not understanding especially given the fact that it was my daughter’s wedding in Toronto that Saturday. There were at least 30 rooms that were booked by guests for the wedding including their suite which was $1,200 per night and they stayed 4 nights in the suite. I am going to contact management and follow up with my issue until it is resolved properly.

Underwhelming for a hotel that has a “Michelin 2024” plaque above their front desk. Not a bad hotel by any means, but felt more like a cool restaurant and lobby that happened to have rooms upstairs.
