멋진 애견공원뷰로 기분좋은 이른 아침을 맞이할수있는 호텔. 위치하고 있는 동네가 너무 맘에 들었습니다.

Een prima hotel op een mooie locatie maar het personeel is afstandelijk en ongastvrij.

Lovely hotel but not very sound proof. I was booked on the 13th floor and there was a daytime function above. Beat and base and I could literally hear the loud music playing. I really needed a rest after a 4.5 drive. Apparently the party continues as this area is the rooftop bar so I requested a move. The hotel accommodated but also another inconvenience to move rooms. That being said, the hotel is lovely and the staff are amazing.

Fantastic location with great dining options

Staff was not helpful with my booking. I accidentally booked 2 reservations and they were not understanding especially given the fact that it was my daughter’s wedding in Toronto that Saturday. There were at least 30 rooms that were booked by guests for the wedding including their suite which was $1,200 per night and they stayed 4 nights in the suite. I am going to contact management and follow up with my issue until it is resolved properly.

Underwhelming for a hotel that has a “Michelin 2024” plaque above their front desk. Not a bad hotel by any means, but felt more like a cool restaurant and lobby that happened to have rooms upstairs.

Toronto’s Ace Hotel was truly something special.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, this is our 2nd time staying here and it is our favourite hotel in Toronto!

Amazing hotel !

Ace is a truly beautifully designed hotel, stylish, modern, and visually impressive. I don’t usually leave critical reviews, but I left feeling a little disappointed. After a long work trip, I was hoping for a bit of luxury and comfort, but the experience missed the mark in a few key areas. There was no complimentary tea or milk in the room, and while the space was gorgeous, it lacked some functional essentials. There were no shelves in the shower, which meant leaving products on the floor, not ideal for a hotel at this price point. The bathroom had limited bench space and no hooks or additional shelving, making it hard to stay organised. There wasn’t a proper spot to leave keys, shoes, or coats near the entry, which made the sleek design feel a bit less ideal. The kettle had no convenient outlet, so I had to plug it in the bathroom, and no teaspoons were provided to go with the few coffee sachets I was provided. Lastly, I was surprised to find that unless I paid for a streaming service to chromecast to the TV, only free-to-air TV was available. A few more accessible entertainment options would have gone a long way. Overall, while the aesthetic was beautiful, the lack of basic comforts and conveniences meant the experience didn’t quite live up to expectations.

I had some terrible flight issues and upon arriving was super frazzled. By the end of check in I was laughing and felt at home. Precious had empathy for my situation and her friendliness felt genuine and conversation instantly put me in a better mood as if I had gotten home and now I can relax. I’m a frequent visitor to Toronto and will make this my new go to hotel while here. I encourage anyone to have a stay here!

Nicest staff in particular the reception. Fast, welcoming, friendly, honest.
