멋진 애견공원뷰로 기분좋은 이른 아침을 맞이할수있는 호텔. 위치하고 있는 동네가 너무 맘에 들었습니다.

Great location and great staff

I would love if the gym was a bit nicer but other than that, it’s a very beautiful property. The staff was very friendly and the alder restaurant on site was divine.

The Ace Hotel is a treat! The decor is thoughtful and relaxing. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Although we didn't have our dog, it is also pet friendly without a pet fee! It is conveniently located, walkable to lots of amenities.

We stayed at Ace Hotel Toronto for a weekend staycation and had a really enjoyable experience overall. The room was spacious, well designed, and had a view overlooking the park, which gave the stay a surprisingly calm feeling for downtown Toronto. The hotel amenities were great, breakfast on the top floor was enjoyable, and the in-suite dining was genuinely very good. The food arrived right on time, and the quality was just as good as dining downstairs at Alder. Overall, it felt like a stylish and comfortable city escape for a weekend.

Good roof bar

Pillows were bad, room wasn't cleaned, had to ask for a remote for the TV and water was cold every day.

The room was great, comfortable bed, however the lack of a table or desk to work on was inconvenient. Could really remove the mini bar space and provide a table or something. Staff was great. The Lobby is very cramped quarters with not a lot of options if not wanting to spend high prices at the Alder. Thankfully there are plenty of options outside of the hotel.

Clean and cozy, staff are so nice, everything is good! And also location is very good to walk for eating!

Coolest vibe and design

My new home in Toronto. Cannot fault the property or the staff.

The customer service is extremely slow and poorly managed. As hotels guests, we are reserved an area in the common space for guest-only access. This is not a privilege however a benefit included in the amenities fees. After check-in, I ask the floor manager for access. He informs me that the entire space is full, particularly with walk-ins. Instead, he recommends that I leave the hotel and try my luck elsewhere. After further explanation of dismay, he redirects me to their restaurant, Alder which closed within the hour. The next morning, I called reception for a water kettle. It took over 30 mins to receive the kettle after numerous calls and reminders. Lastly, for the nightly rate, the room only offers a measly amount of two 250mL water bottles/day. There are no complementary bottles thereafter, no water stations to refill reusable bottles, and the restaurant will not allow water carafes to be brought to the rooms.

Love this hotel the staff is amazing and the food court nearby is perfect for a Quick bite!
