The Amber Hotel was an excellent choice. It was comfortable and clean , located in the heart of GB. Highly recommend it for anyone.

Nice newer, clean rooms and crisp white bedding. Comfortable king bed. Good TV programming (didnt use wifi). Small fridge. Public area on 2nd floor had microwave and large coffee centre. Self-sufficient with key card to access outside door. Lots of onsite parking.

No mention in registration that it was not handicap accessible. Struggled to get up the stairs. We couldn't adjust the heat so the room was very cold all night. No extra blankets to keep us warm. The TV didn't work. The bed saged so bad in the center that we had to put some pillows under center of mattress to keep from rolling to the middle. We're sorry, but we cannot in good conscience, recommend your facilities to family or friends. We do wish to say that the room looked very nice and was very clean.

The heat was slow to warm up

Disgusting, dirty, sketchy, terrible customer service. Mold in shower and terrible beds. Deceiving pictures. Would rather sleep in my car. Immediately left and went to another hotel.

Friendly check in and comfy room in a cozy hotel. Plenty of parking and easy check out.

All rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator. There are two sets of stairs to climb with your luggage. Also, there is never anybody on the front desk to ask for help.

Parking is fine

Plenty of parking, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and responsive. The only issue was that i could hear nearby traffic coming from the highway.

Did the job for a one night stay. Room was clean but quite small. Area around the hotel was a bit odd as it was in some sort of strip mall.

This is a solid budget choice a short drive from the Pinery and Grand Bend. It’s no frills but it’s clean, inexpensive and comfortable. Staff are friendly, AC works, lots of towels, easy parking. Cheap and cheerful FTW!

The smell of clean linen upon arrival was a good sign. Sheets and towels indeed smelled wonderfully fresh. Good price, good stay.

cheap price for small room, probably smallest ever stayed. 2 major complaints, the pump soap bottle was so disgusting, we were ready to toss in garbage but didn't want to be charged for it. we used our own bar we brought. second, there was mold under toilet rim visible from bedroom and nmold around shower glass. general cleaning was ok.
