The room was clean and comfortable. There is limited staffing at the front desk but they were available when needed. It was a twenty minute walk to the waterfront which was very convenient. Lots of parking available.

King room. Room is small but was clean. No carpet. Nice seating area with a kurig coffee machine and ice in an open area. Windows opens. Bed comfortable.

I like the staff commiment to assist the guest. I forgot my apple watch and other items, I called the hotel and the staff was able to assist me in mailing the forgotten items to me. The property was not bad. The things that I didn’t like were the lack of elevator in the building and the towels in the wash room. Over all I had a good time staying at Amber Hotel.

Room, while small, was updated and spotless. Coffee available in the lobby which also provided a sitting area. Staff very pleasant. Bed was comfortable.

Great staff and check-in was fast. Small but nice room. Hotel was only 1 floor above stores in a plaza. No elevator so only stairs to climb.

The room was smallish. The bed was comfy. Wish there would have had a coffee maker in our room.

Not a bad hotel. Bathroom could use a ventilation fan to prevent musty smell and prevent bacterial growth. Possibly a tougher scrub on the shower tiles and re-sealing of shower surround. I think the heating boiler could use a service from Laskey's Services as only one rad was working. Hotel staff was very kind and decent on check in and throughout our stay. Room itself was clean and bed + bedding was okay. Overall, a fine place to rest your head and enjoy the town for a few days.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I liked the lounge area. You should be able to check in before 10pm, not 8:00pm like it says in the app. The location was convenient.

The Amber Hotel was an excellent choice. It was comfortable and clean , located in the heart of GB. Highly recommend it for anyone.

Nice newer, clean rooms and crisp white bedding. Comfortable king bed. Good TV programming (didnt use wifi). Small fridge. Public area on 2nd floor had microwave and large coffee centre. Self-sufficient with key card to access outside door. Lots of onsite parking.

No mention in registration that it was not handicap accessible. Struggled to get up the stairs. We couldn't adjust the heat so the room was very cold all night. No extra blankets to keep us warm. The TV didn't work. The bed saged so bad in the center that we had to put some pillows under center of mattress to keep from rolling to the middle. We're sorry, but we cannot in good conscience, recommend your facilities to family or friends. We do wish to say that the room looked very nice and was very clean.
