Check-in process had hiccups.. No toilet paper.. Bed was terrible.. not comfortable at all.

The oven was hard to open. The lighting was terrible. And the bed was barely off the floor, very low to the ground. The parking was under construction and I had to use paid parking nearby throughout my trip. When I contacted the management about it, they seemed uncaring. I paid for two weeks and three days, more than $3,000. After a week and a half I had to leave unexpectedly. I was unable to reach anyone to cancel. When I wanted to return for the last few days of my trip, I was conveniently able to reach someone via email and was informed my room had already been rebooked. There were no cancelations allowed and although I had paid for the room, I could not stay there.

Door to unit stuck. No one replaced fob. Wrong address given to driver both for airport and hotel pick-up. No one told me it was an air B&B. No one offered me the option of a full service hotel. No one told me that the security desk was for owners, not shortterm renters.

Great location and attractive location. The bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked but overall was a lovely stay.
