Construction around. Woke up at 7am each day :(

The only thing negati e to say was the pull out was terrible to sleep on

The property is good however during our 5 night stay we did not receive room clean up and had to request towels and supplies. Also, booking through Expedia, they kept changing the nightly rate.

My only complaint is there was no tub. But everything else was top-knotch. Greeted by friendly staff, indoor parking. Great bar with great craft beer. Wonderful double queen room. Befs and pillows super comfy. Big bathroom. Big screen TV. And, short walk to citadel, natural history museum and public gardens. Also close to downtown. Excellent view on 8 th floor.

Needed to request daily housekeeping, and even with that request, they didn't refill your water or coffee supplies

Overpriced

Check in was very smooth, front desk and concierge service team was very supportive. We were given 2 hours extension for check out as our flight was late in the evening.

The location was super convenient and the staff were super helpful and friendly.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout. Location is good and some of places you want to see in downtown Halifax are within walking distance. Great overall experience — would definitely stay here again.

Was there 4 days. No housekeepers made up my room the whole time. Would be nice if they at least refreshed the towels and coffee sometimes

Very expensive for what you get. The sofa bed in room 601 should be destroyed. You would sleep better if you were on the floor. I had fish and chips at the restaurant and it was terrible. I will not return to this hotel.

The pool area was kind of gross

Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff were polite, but unfortunately, the rest of the stay was disappointing. Housekeeping was unreliable. Some days, by 4 PM, our room still hadn’t been cleaned — no fresh towels, no trash removed, and no restocking of essentials. When we asked about it, we were told rooms are cleaned on a rotating schedule, which meant we returned from a long day out to an untouched room. For the price of this hotel, that’s simply not acceptable. The bathroom had no exhaust fan or proper ventilation, so after a shower, the bathroom stayed humid and uncomfortable. There was no way to air it out, and it made the bathroom feel stuffy and poorly maintained. The hotel’s location is also inconvenient — it’s about a 45-minute walk from the waterfront, so don’t expect easy access to the main attractions without a car or rideshare. We also tried the hotel restaurant, which was another letdown. The kitchen closes early at 9 PM, and the food and drinks were mediocre at best — definitely overpriced for the quality. You’re better off eating elsewhere. Overall, while the front desk staff were friendly, the hotel falls short in too many important areas. Between the poor housekeeping, lack of bathroom ventilation, inconvenient location, and overpriced dining, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Nice place . Restaurant good. Pool was nice. Convenient downtown location. Close to citadel, and waterfront

Hotel is great especially if you are going to the hospital A lot of construction right now so hard to get around

Location is excellent. Floor in our room was dirty. Needed a good wash. Everything else was great.
