The only thing decent about the whole place was the front desk staff. They were excellent and I ordered food from the restaurant and it was good. I didn’t sleep for four nights because there was constant banging, and you could hear people walking above your head. You can hear from your room every time someone opens and closes their door. I didn’t bring my own shampoo and conditioner because every hotel has, their shampoo and their soap was cheap and disgusting. I couldn’t even wash my hair again because II didn’t bring my own shampoo and conditioner because every hotel has, their shampoo and their soap was cheap and disgusting. I couldn’t even wash my hair again because I didn’t want to use it. The remote control backing kept falling off, the blow dryer was all tangled. This hotel was straight up. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my entire life, and I travel a few times a year. I can’t get over how much I paid for the most garbage place. There was so much more wrong with it

That was a wonderful place to stay for vacation. I will go back there.

Hotel photos look much better then it really is. I would rate the hotel similar to a Motel 6 and the nightly rate was rediculous even considering that our booking was during the Canadian Grand Prix. Found that if you booked directly with the hotel you received a coupon for a free breakfast. If you booked online you did not get the coupon. Breakfast was $130.00 for 3 people and the quality was bad. You only got one toast with breakfast. Never heard of that. Bathroom had a tub with shower spray that required an engineering degree to figure out how to stop it from falling out of its holder. Toilet was made for a child. There was mold around most of the caulking in the bathroom. We mistakenly booked a room that had 2 double beds instead of 2 queen beds. We had to buy some air mattresses to fit our two additional grown children. We paid almost $2700 for 6 nights or over $400 per night. The only positive about the hotel was that it was 100ft away from the metro line which allowed us to travel throughout Montréal and leave our vehicle at the hotel.

Beautiful lobby and very efficient check-in. Room standard with 2 double beds with a door that leads to the pool area. Restaurant and service were just ok. There were 5 choices of entrées to choose from. Supper is available as of 5 pm.

Attentive staff and very helpful. A great place for Grand Prix.

The hotel was perfect for us, we were there for the race and it was right on top of the subway which meant a quick 40 minute train to the venue and a quick run to the downtown core. Restaurant and shopping was right across the street. I wished I would have got the one young lady name at front desk (long curly hair ) as she was so friendly and amazingly helpful. Place is a bit dated but very clean and quiet which you might not expect on GP weekend. would gladly recommend

Stayed Grand Prix weekend. Location was amazing and convenient, right next door to the Metro! We were able to park our car all weekend and jump on the metro. The room was ok. Washroom was tiny and the water pressure in shower was not good at all! Overall it was a convenient stay and provided us all of our basic needs for the stay. The increased rate for the room on this race weekend was a bit steep but worth it based on its location.

Close to the Metro. SAQ and grocery store nearby. Convenient for F1 weekend

The location is excellent. Close to the metro and bus stops. Large shopping mall across estreet. Hotel is very clean, and the room is bright and spacious. Our only issue is that the washroom is very limited for people with disabilities. The shower was a walk-in with no grab bars, the toilet was a low profile without grab bars. I would definitely stay there again if they improve handicap accessories.

Did not have breakfast. Front desk staff were very helpful, and friendly. Basic room but very clean . Happy with the stay.

No drinking water available. Need to pay on a vending machine for even water. That’s terrible for the price we spent.

Très pratique puisque l’hôtel se trouve à côté d’une station métro. Notre chambre était très grande mais désuet

La couleur de l’enseigne extérieur indiquant le nom de l’hôtel est un peux défraîchie. Mais lorsque tu entres a l’intérieur. WOW c’est propre et invitant, l’espace et la clarté est impressionnante. Ont aperçoit également le restaurant (Déjeuner) qui semble très invitant À mon arrivée, la personne a l’accueil, ses levé la tête immédiatement m’a regardé avec le sourire J’ai été accueillie avec gentillesse et respect Peux importe le personnelle que tu rencontres, la courtoisie est toujours présente. il réponde avec amabilité La chambre et la salle de bain était propre et sentait bon, Le lit était confortable J’ai apprécié mon séjour de 3 jours J’y retournerai
