The staff was nice, and apparently upgraded my room. The room was decently clean however towels looked a bit dusty. Breakfast in the restaurant was quite modest for its price and three pieces of fruits on the plate looked tired (from overnight stay in the fridge?) I liked location in a minute walk to a subway 2and a few minutes to the mall with a proper place for breakfast.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is great for activities in the east end and close to amenities. We would have liked an exercise room.

J'ai trouvé qu’il avait trop de monde dehors sur le terrain qu’il avait pas d’affaires l’a peut-être gardien qui pourrait vérifier l’extérieur

I have stayed at this Hotel closed to 40 times and I never have an issue. The room is always clean and the staff are always friend and helpful. The price is great and the location is perfect with may restaurants in the area, a mall across the street and Metro station in the parking lot.

Odeurs de moisissures et peinture écalait dans la salle de bain. En résumé la chambre n’avait pas l’air propre. Toutefois, staff réception le dimanche et serveuse au resto lundi matin extraordinaire. Merci!
