I don't think we could have done better as far as finding a place while situated in Montreal that was funky comfortable beautiful and overall a great state nice features good quality furniture nice kitchen beautiful sweet thank you

Great place and central and clean

There were 5 windows and an air conditioning/heating unit outside of each one that would continuously run during the night. Could not see out the windows. The entrance and stairwell were very dirty! The condo was clean, but the couch, couch pillows and throw covering the couch look like they have never been cleaned before. My husband went to use the hand towel on the wall and as he was using it, the entire towel rack came out of the wall. There were also some homeless people hanging around entrance changing and looking for money. Not a place I would want my daughter staying at. The bed linens were clean and the overall condo was clean.

The Good: - The interior of the unit was generally quite clean. - The unit was largely well-appointed, except for a couple of missing items in the kitchen. - The location, if you fancy this part of the city, was good. There's access to shopping, events etc. We stayed here because the proximity to the work event we were attending. If not for this, we would have avoided Sainte-Catherine Street, which is quite loud and busy. The Bad: - The check-in process was confusing. We tried to use their website but were asked to upload front/back photo ID for everyone staying with us (My wife, our baby, and myself). When I couldn't complete the process, I called the number for the property and was instructed to skip the online process and text him pictures of my ID which I wasn't comfortable with. - We also asked for a crib, which was listed as available. The person said this was fine and to text them the next day to confirm, which I did, but never heard back. - We got a message checking-in on our stay but this was the last day of a 5-day visit and 2 hours before we got the check-out email. Too little, too late. - The main issue was the noise. This unit was loud. There is a large AC unit directly outside the bedroom window which could be heard throughout the entire unit. - There's a pass thru door in the living room that has no sound proofing at all meaning we heard everything in the neighbouring unit (family of 5 with 2 kids and a baby), TV noise, talking, doing dishes, everything.

The entrance wasn’t too hard to find, there’s always people standing at the main entrance smoking and blocking your way. Location wise is alright, the ad didn’t note the huge construction project going on in the area so it’s very busy, noisy and inconvenient. A few sketchy instances where we had people follow us home, seems like all types of people in the area. Place overall was alright, note only 1 bedroom has a door, the other was open walk through. Blinds were not working either, needs a bit of maintenance I feel like.

A little confusion with check-in. Did not realize I had to contact the host for an access code to front door, was not advised of this by Expedia. Once we got into the apartment everything else was great.

Cleanliness was lacking, strong unpleasant odour upon entering. Smells musty and damp and my son experienced an asthma attack due to odour. Floors had food and debris on them, furniture was stained, dirty, and broken areas. We stayed less than 30 mins and had to leave. When I called management they gave me the run around. One staff member said I’d receive a refund but that I had to call back the next day but just kept getting an answering machine.

Clean and easy access with coded locks. Close to all the shops, short walking distance to Bell Centre, and a nice jaunt to Old Montreal and Mont Royal. Would definitely stay there again.

The little details like the comfy throw to cuddle up in, the expresso machine and immaculate condition of the space all lead to a wonderful stay

Not complain

The sofa bed mechanism is barely operational. And the unevenness of the suspension for the mattress was really in bad shape. The person that unfortunately had the sofa bed could not sleep. Please do not get mewrong.The rest of the property is perfectly fine. The beds are amazingly comfortable and linens are great. The kitchen very nicely stocked and the amenities are fine too. Just fix the sofa bed and it will be superb. Location can not be better.

Le ménage de l’appartement ne semble pas avoir été fait. Toilette sale, verre sur le comptoir et faux ongles de femmes et cheveux sur le tapis du salon. Nous sommes allés dormir ailleurs.
